It cracks me up when people say this like they're on sports radio. The team is a bunch of multi-millionaires, the games are played to be bet on and generate revenue for all parties, it is an athletic exhibition. They played 7 games, one team got to 4 first.
Who will "never view them as a true champ"? If they have guys hitting free agency will they make less money because this year doesn't count?

significantly improved. Bye Ceci (best wishes Penguins, lol) and Barrie just wasnt the right fit, we already had Reily. To his credit he didnt sign them for long-term contracts, corrected the calls and improved. Brodie is a legit top 4 dee, more stay-at-home type, much needed. Zach brings tuoghness , desperately needed as Muzzin is the only guy that lays the body consistently . Mikko Lehtonin maybe a steal from the KHL, provides depth, he may start!

Robertson- Kerfoot- Versey/Anderson
Simmonds- Thornton-Spezza ......The Old Line, lol..came cheap, low risk high reward. Joe isn't being asked to play 1st line minutes . They can always abort if its clear time has done its thing with Joe/Spezza
obviously top-two line heavy, those top two lines can match with any other in the NHL. Dont think the 3rd/4th lines are worse than last yr, actually, i'd say they r better. Like Robertson a lot, not a fan of kerfoot, but they had to get rid of kadri,.... did it to himself. Simmonds provides nneded toughness, a big boy upfront, good pickup
for me, i'd get rid of Anderson. Have much more confidence in him during the regular season than the playoffs, nuff said. Cut ties and go new...they didnt, hope they're right
