who the fuck likes betting unders

you guys must like watching dust settle.

I really do not get this logic. Was talking to a fellow basketball parent at a middle school game few yrs back and we were discussing betting the SB and I told him I liked the UNDER and he said he will NEVER bet an under, doesn't like to root for no scoring, makes him nervous etc....foolish

Ham, I also do not understand blanket statements like this...

I guess for me I've had more luck betting Overs in college football. For NFL games I've had more luck with Unders.

Is that still too blanket?

that can make sense....if you cap and like one nfl over and one nfl under but you are only wanting to wager one play, you would go w/ the UNDER

I don't even look at totals, just another angle I'd need to cap

I try to minimize my distractions :)

UNDER BIG TIME. The only time I bet over is in baseball when line is 6 or under

that may be wise Willie. I am playing some here and there, but I am liking TT's better right now. This is the first season I have really messed with totals in baseball, including TT's. I'm not a big totals bettor, in any sport. I do better on sides than totals, no question, so why bother? I'll reassess that question at end of baseball season.

Cubs Win (Scored 12 Runs previous day then 1 Run)
Detroit Win (Scored 14 Runs previous day then 3 Runs)
StL Loss (Scored 11 Runs previous day then 0 Runs)

Another angle is each team that scored 10 +Runs score Less than 4 next day. Ill be watching both angles.

Talking college football, I generally look for situations that favor the Under.

I think totals in college football are the most volitile! They move like crazy every which way. I have been taking overs in the bases lately but really dont like em and prefer unders. A one zip shutout in bases is about as good as it gets for me

The volatility is what makes college totals the best play...Vegas is much better at setting point spreads than they are totals. Especially in the first half of the season...You can take advantage of that if your paying attention and jump on totals early...Timing is everything with totals. You snooze you usually lose.
