Do we have at least 10 people with enough nerve for a $500 survivor contest. Winner take all?

what's funny is that there are people on every team

not in our league of course, but according to the yahoo pick distribution there is

why would somebody pick a bad team playing on the road against a great team to win outright? do they like throwing their money away?

why even play?

its newbies thinking they are going to outsmart everyone by getting lucky with bad teams early then later on in the season when everyone else already used up their good teams these guys that used the suck teams early will still have the good teams left when everyone else wont

Had the Jets last week, and almost won the 1K in week one. If Jax would of held on against Philly and the Browns not lost in OT to the steelers, I'd been in the chips.

Yeah but that wasn't a bad pick - I'm sure it was on everyone's radar - you can only play SF, Denver and Seattle once - I took Philly because I'm not impressed with them having any future value and -10 is probably ur best spot to take Philly all season - can't see them being 10 point favs again all season

This week is going to be more interesting.

The 1 strike guys are most likely going GB or Den.

I personally feel that one of them is going to get upset.

Fun stuff.

I really kik the 2 strike thing with this small pool.
You bring up a good point.
The people who already have a strike will probably be using different strategy then the people with none.

I think the payout structure is perfect.
Its got the feel of a 1 strike tourney with 2 strikes.

Its a contest within a contest.

I wish some of you plugs would have picked the Saints today.
At least I would have had something positive coming out of that game.

LOL

Eagles down 17 at half in week 1 and the Packers down 14 to start the game in week 2 - a lot of us could be knocked at after two weeks - where did you get that Tampa shit from? way too risky when u have a loss - u could have taken Denver, GB, NE or the Saints - of course the Saint's lost and GB and Denver eeked out wins - that sucks to be done this early

how could nobody have the Saints today? or either week

we all must be saving them for a better day (as for me actually, I only play home teams in these contests)

the Bucs were the 4th most popular pick at 6.59%

The Saints were picked by 19.31% of the country, yet not one person in either Rx pool picked them
