The key to good management is to surround yourself with competent people and use them wisely.

If you are afraid that you will look less of a leader by doing so and hire dolts to make yourself look good, you sink or swim based solely on your own competence or lack thereof.

That is precisely why Obama has surrounded himself with lackeys who are more incompetent than he is.

And that is why this administration has failed on so many levels.
