Do not send your money to Sportsbook911!

I have had trouble getting my winnings back from Winward Casino. I supposedly hit a "progressive jackpot." Upon this "win," the casino manager, Ricardo Morales, called me at home and congratulated me. He said that they would have the money to me within a few days. The online casino credited my original deposit back to my credit card. Then they said that the balance, $50,000.00 would be sent by Fed-Ex within three days. It has been two months and daily broken promises later and still no money. They are very nice and maintain that the money is coming, but nothing yet. I have about fifty e-mails saved from them. Many of these e-mails contain outright lies. What do you think?

There are several reputable shops from which to choose that do NOT resort to misleading advertising and personal attacks as part of their marketing efforts.

Sportsbook911 is starting out on the wrong foot IMO … they have a history of less-than-stellar business relationships, so they come in here and advertise their new book offering “50% Cash Bonus on Signup” which is misleading if not outright dishonest. Then, JonnyD exhibits his inability to deal coolly with the issues raised here in this thread.

So, with more established shops that are free from the crap that’s already swirling around Sportsbook911, why would anyone in their right mind take chances with these jokers? The pros on this forum preach it everyday -- Don’t take chances posting up with a "problem" shop when there are plenty of exisiting, more reputable outs.

If you want to send money to someone that lies to you from the get go, then go ahead. As for me, I’ll play with the folks that are honest and treat me with respect.

I agree with you. If you do not feel like we are a reputable company then do not bet with us.

There is nothing I can say or do to change your minds. Nor do I want to. We are a good shop and have been in this business for many years.

We offer good customer service, industry norm bonuses, and fair odds.

Try us for $50 and see how you get treated. If you have a problem then post all you want. But till now all we are receiving are posts by forum users that have not bet with us.

Sure you have different ownership.

The 5k i picked up from Mkie was for a BOUNCED CHECK. It had absolutely nothing to do with my equiptment, or the 20 week agreement.

How many times do you think you should lie in your first week here?
