Whilst I don't claim to know all the systems out there, I do know that generally speaking the RNG's are fair. As I've said before on therx, there is no need to fix the outcomes of the deals/rolls as the odds are already in the favor of the house. And unlike in sportsbetting, freak occurances are far less likely to happen.
Claiming that all casinos are 'rigged' seems to me like an easy way out of accepting that it is very hard to beat the house with Vegas rules and a fair rng in place.
