curt,

It's up to you. The number won't even come into play here as Tennessee wins SU.

Lou: Here's a stat you'll like

While top seeds have reigned supreme on the NFC side of the bracket, a quick glance at recent AFC playoff results should give the Colts and Titans confidence.

Only six times in the last 13 seasons have both the No. 1 and No. 2 seeds advanced to the AFC Championship.

Meanwhile, six teams seeded No. 4 or lower have won divisional playoff games in the AFC, including two that went on to be Super Bowl champions (Baltimore 2000, Denver 1997) and two others that were Super Bowl runners-up (Tennessee 1999, Buffalo 1992).

I don't know about you but i think the Chiefs are the best bet this weekend (you think the Titans i'm assuming). However, that bolds great for the Titans SU win chances.

L5Y, USC is 4-0 vs SEC, outscoring them 167-48!!!

The easiest way to look at the Tenn/NE game is 2 factors.

-NE is actually more the vulnerable team here. This team hasn't lost since god knows when so they are vulnerable for a loss with every passing week. Way over due IMO.

-This is flatout Tennesee's year. Quietly this team has been putting a consistent output week in week out. Anything short of a Superbowl appearence would be utter failure for this team.

No denying Tennsee the rest of the way during the playoffs.

Tenn +6 large.

Lou,

When( If?) the pats win, you will have concede that you are far from the king of the nfl playoffs.

I would be all over TEN if it wasn't for McNair's injuries. Not sure what to do.

I really like what Tenn. has done this year, but going against the Patriots, at home is like stepping in front of a freight train. Pats or pass for me.

Aloha Lou, is your selections based on your system completely. For ex: Titans. If so, doesnt such things as the injuries to McNair and George, which they stated to be hurting them as of Tuesday . Worry you alittle because they will now have to play with it in the cold temperature and on a slippery field, both of these will do its share at aggrevating and making it harder for them to be as effective this week. McNair if hobbling may leave him useless against avoiding the rush, or rushing himself. George and his injury, could make him one dimensional in this game. Cant pass catch or pass block. Im sure Def Guru Bellichik will be ready to attack his weakness. What do you think?
