What I don't get is who actually these people to get plastic surgery? The shit doesn't work and I especially hate seeing all of these bitches getting them fat lips. That shit is disgusting!!!

Personally I think only Ashlee Simpson had successful plastic surgery although I liked the way she looked before, nose and all.

i wonder if he meant the GF from the movie or the show, and i thought Aniston was his sister in the TV show.

and about the OT, I'd still do Grey, she just is getting a little older, it happens, nothing bad, just life, still looks good though.
the original nose was distinctive as someone mentioned, and after the new one, she did kind of fade out of the public eye.

Mia Sara is pretty tough to look at these days. I saw her on a show on the WB a few years back and she looked different but still fuckable. Now she looks like a worn out old hag.
