I'm here to provide helpful input.....
I know you said you can't eat more than one meal a day and eating like 700 calories a day plus going to the gym is really going to drastically make you lose weight. Not only fat but muscle too. I know you said you didn't really want to. Even if you eat 1500 calories a day you're not going to be able to build any muscle mass. You'll still burn fat and muscle. Why?
You will burn more calories than you consume which will make you lose weight. But sometimes if you cut it TOO much, your body will go into survival mode and really slow down your metabolism and get energy from other places...like lean muscle. We don't want that. It realizes it's not going to have much energy to survive the day so it'll do everything it can to conserve energy. Like if you got stranded on a mountain or island. Everything you put into your mouth will most likely be converted straight to fat to be used as energy for later when it's not getting any calories.
I'm all about eating six smaller meals a day to lose weight, maintain weight, or gain weight in a healthy manner. But since you don't have the budget or appetite I won't get into that.
Cutting out fast food is great. Or at least limiting it. Plus there's lots of healthy stuff out there in fast food restaurants when you do rely on fast food.
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It's a fact. Try to eat it if you can. Your body will appreciate it.
But I think a major key is to just eat what you can because it sounds like you could use more calories. Except don't eat Hooters wings right after you work out.
Overall, just sounds like you want to be in shape. So hit the cardio and the weights. Do cardio like three times a week. Get those endorphins flowing after a workout and try to eat at least a breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Anything. Even if you have to eat half of your lunch and save the other half for dinner. Just spread out those calories.
Yeah getting back into shape now. It is getting tough now because my ankle is slightly broken so cardio isn't as easy but already getting back into shape. Yeah I don't want to lose weight because it will eventually start to get unhealthy. Being under weight and over weight are both bad for you so I am trying to stay in the middle. I have never been able to gain weight, but I got lucky and went to school and did. But since sports started again it was shitty and losing the weight again. No big deal I wish I could eat more but as I said Adderrall really impedes your appetite.
We'll see what happens I'll keep the update...
Had a sandwich for lunch and haven't really eaten anything else and I am not that hungry. Kind of shitty..
