Honzie. Honest question sir. If Hoyer and Manziel were both at Texas A&M or ANY other school the coming season. Who would be the starting quarterback?

Manziel will be starting by the third game.

Jesus, the hotdog just sold a million dollars worth of season tickets in one day.

Hoyer is better than Manziel. Probably one of the funnier posts I've read in awhile.

I don't disagree. I think Hoyer is better suited to be starting qb right now. He can play in the NFL. JF is unproven despite all the hype and ass-kissing. But I do think JF is starting qb this Sept.

Why? Have you seen Hoyer play? I saw him play in Clev last and prior to that he backed up Brady for several years. He always looked great in pre-season games and that was the only chance he had. You can say it is only pre-season but he was up against the starting defense often and did just fine. He doesn't have the hype but the kid can play.

If the Cleveland coaching staff agreed with you, Manziel would be somewhere else.

There is a good chance that they are worried about Hoyer's injury for starters. Or maybe they were just taking best player at that moment? He still has huge trade value worst case scenario.

A) Guarantee nobody questions Manziel's work ethic like they do Clowney.

B) Manziel doesn't need to buy momma a house. His parents are together and they are rich.
And the reason I said Manziel has ALWAYS been a spoiled little prick. Duh. Try again

Footballs signature move. Been doing it all year. I have no problem with it. Cleveland is trying to build and looking decent doing it. I think JFF will be fine if he learns to slide. Tom Brady.....he will never be. Plenty of QBS win the SB and are not superstars.

And I said the reason his first thought isn't to say he's going to buy his momma a new house like Clowney is because his momma doesn't need a new house.

Do you just not like him as a person? A lot of people feel that way. It's weird, people either love him or hate him.

I think he's a spoiled rotten prick. His attitude will fit right in the League, but his skills won't...

Little Johnny may only be 5-11, 208 pounds, but he wears a 13 size shoe and has hands like gonzilla.

I saw this cock-sure kid do things against Alabama that NO other QB in the nation could do the past two seasons.

I don't count the kid out as an NFL QB, especially with the new wave after 6 foot 7 QB Russell did his number last year.

I've said from Day 1 it's all about the money to him. I really don't think he cares if he plays one down. Same reason he wanted to be drafted higher for the larger signing bonus. Either way, still a wasted Draft pick, regardless...[/QUOTE

youre way off
mj is going to go down as the most impactful player in the draft

The Browns need to be torn down. They never get it right. Who drafts a rb 3rd overall, then a 46 year old quarterback that plays in a Texas Tech like offense, then hires, fires GM's, coaches every other year. Hasn't drafted a good receiver since the Reagan administration. Tear down the stadium, give back to the taxpayers.

To be fair, teams were lining up to draft Richardson. 20 other teams would've taken him at 3.

Highly unlikely. Teams are realizing you can get a running back 7th round or UFA. Vick Ballard was the only reason the trent Richardson trade was made last year. He was a late round pick. colts used UFA for an entire season at rb and were fine. a lot of it depends on what you have around you further making the 3rd pick overall as a running back a waste when you have nothing else except Haden. Since Richardson went #3, I don't think another running back has been taken in the first 40 picks.

Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel, was pulled over by Avon police after police said a domestic argument got out of hand on Interstate 90 westbound earlier in the week.

Police said alcohol was involved.Tthe argument took place between Manziel and his Texas Christian University girlfriend Colleen Elizabeth Crowley.

According to a four-page police report, both were drinking but were not charged.

The incident started on I-90 westbound near the Nagle Road overpass on Monday at 6 p.m.

According to the report, a witness called police after seeing Manziel's white Nissan use the shoulder of the road to pass her at a high speed.

The witness told police the couple was arguing and Crowley attempted to exit the vehicle while they were on the road.

In the report, both Manziel and Crowley admitted they were having an argument and Crowley threw a wallet out of the window.

The report stated the couple then stopped the car in an Avon neighborhood and continued arguing. That's when a second witness called police.

Minutes later, police stopped Manziel's car on Nagle Road where he said both he and Crowley had been drinking in downtown Cleveland earlier that day.

In the report, Crowley told police Manziel pushed her head into a window. She wanted her cell phone because she was concerned about her safety and said she just wanted to return to Texas.

The report stated police did see an abrasion on Crowley's arm but later determined that the abrasion was from Manziel's attempt to keep her from getting out of the vehicle while it was on the road.

According to the report, police did not believe the couple was intoxicated to the point where they could be charged and Crowley told officers that she did not want to press charges so both were allowed to leave the scene in Manziel's car.

The police report was first obtained by WEWS-TV in Cleveland.
