RX paid me about a 5th of what I was owed by those bastards. They covered deposits, I had about 5K in deposits but many times that in my balance.

But yes, RX did honor their word

Sorry but there is nothing I can do about the matter now or actually ever. Ex Rx.com General Manager RickA exclusevely handled all the paybacks and closed the case after paying everyone who was eligible. A final date was set for posters who wanted to make claims and everyone that qualified according to the original guarantee received their deposits back up to $10,000 each.

There is not anyway to re-open the case at this late date.
