I figured BAS would have some input on this topic.
He's had over 60 years in diapers.

Hey guys, thanks a lot , appreciate the advice and the kind words.

My sister just had her 3rd and swears by LUVS and my other sister always has said LUVS suck and go with pampers/huggies. I feel like the best option would be to just go buy a box here, a box there, if issues arise, I will cross them off my list. If i find a brand that holds leaks, no rashes and what not. I'm going to load up on those.

Truth be told, just looking to finally getting some sleep

I am totally unfamiliar with diapers and hope to remain so for the rest of my life, but "feedback" strikes me as the perfect word to use in connection with diapers.

I just became a father for the first time. I wanted to get your thoughts on diapers. With so many brands and so much money being spent on them. Fathers (or anyone who has changed diapers multiple times), what were your diaper(s) of choice or what diapers come to mind that you would never use again?
Pampers have worked the best for us, though we use Huggies night time diapers at bedtime.

Duct tape and old newspapers will work just fine. Guess that's why I don't have rug rats.

/Congrats

Pampers or Huggies. Can't say I miss changing them. Glad my daughter caught on to potty training quickly.

I had three kids each 1 year apart, buying that many diapers sucked. It was a good day when the last one stopped pissing himself/

thankfully my daughters potty trained & been out of diapers for a couple years now, but getting her to whipe her own ass, thats a whole nother mission in itself!
I use to buy luvs mostly to save on $$, and i'd get special nighttime diapers because they would tend to leak.. So i really wasn't saving anything. I know 1 thing, don't ever go with the generic walmart "americas choice" brand, they blow!

Yes the store brands usually blow. The little sticky tabs that lock the diaper in place would always rip off as I went to finish the job.

Try the flushable wipes.

And just like that the last of the Luvs I'm trying to get rid of just leaked...
