Sweet. Where at? If it's in between Lake County and Downers Grove, I'll be by at around 9, and then again at 4. ; )
I agree though, teams that NEED to win, have that need for a reason, usually because they aren't that good. Philly's last 4 games, pretty poor. Detroit is still Detroit though. But I think all things being equal, public likes to side with Detroit/Dallas on Turkey Day. We shall see.

Near O'hare at my parents place. This is the first year we aren't splitting time between my folks and inlaws--thank god. Dinner is at 3 and i plan to start drinking by kickoff of the first game. Edibles at halftime.
Everybody loves the Lions on Thanksgiving, but I think that's based off one or two weeks from the 90's when fatso Fontz was running Barry Sanders to the ground. I think recently they've been better since Megatron has been on the team, but Detroit is never a thanksgiving lock in my opinon. In fact.....

That 2004 game was my first biggest bet of my life. Manning in his prime and I put my entire bankroll of about 1500 or so on the Colts and I remember everyone here saying "be careful, there's something magical about Detroit on Thanksgiving"..
