There's just something about it, if it's white.

The boxers would fly if they were a solid color, but if they had ducks or something on them... I'd expect Police to hassle you about it, which is rather ridiculous. I'd love to see somebody go through airport security with boxers,flipflops, and and undershirt !

1. every car you pull over potentially they have a gun and can kill you.
2. every car you pull over the person will 98% lie and/or mislead you in your prime directive of following and enforcing laws. Keeping drunks and FELONS off the streets from Killng your wives, and children.
3. NO matter what you do or what you say, EVERYONE wants to sue you, lol (as per the video above lol)

barman, that cop had issues in the past, so theres a strike against him, but I have 2 people close in my life that live it everyday just like you, and there eyes,,, ugh, I could never do what they do, and for you to deny the fact that being a cop ISNT one of the hardest jobs is pure Lunacy.

as I said in my first message, was the guy a bit creepy? yes a bit, but there is also a method in which you have to operate within to look at eyes, and body movements,, to see if the person is drunk or on drugs,

and to be honest, the kid did raise up and JERK quick at the cop.
and that throat punch?? I hate that he did it, because it was shtty, but they do train you to to have lighteneing reflexes when in the field, you may not come home otherwise.

There may well be different rules that are enforceable within the private property of a commercial airport. However none of them would result in a criminal charge, but only a refusal of admittance and/or service as determined by one or more carriers who share the tennancy of an airport.

Cop is not easy, but it does have some good points to it.

It's not even top 10 in being dangerous.

SH: At any given moment any one of us in any profession could potentially be shot by a gun. In the case of nationwide law enforcement, it happens about two to three times a month.

Guys actually building the roads die far more often while working on the road than do cops.

SH: A cop's prime directive is not to "enforce laws", but rather it is to Keep the Peace and provide public service where appropriate and needed.

More people lie on a regular basis to loan officers and other financial outlets than they do to cops.

In fact, most traffic stops don't involve any reason for a motorist to lie or for that matter to tell much in the way of truth other than to show a legal license, proof of insurance and possibly registration. All other questions from cops during a traffic stop are wholly inappropriate and not worthy of ANY answer - honest or dishonest.

SH: Wanting and doing are of course wholly separate. Very few police officers are made the subject of civil suits since most cops operate with sufficient professionalism that no cause for legitimate suit is raised.

SH: Well now you've changed the statement to which I Replied.

You initially suggested it was THE hardest job going. That of course is just silly.

I suppose being a cop is "one of the hardest jobs" depending on which jobs to which we're comparing.

I'm sure upon peaceful reflection both you and I could list at least a couple dozen professions that are more challenging and even potentially harrowing as being a police officer in 98% of the USA.

The cop was looking for a fight. He was the one who made it out to be a black/white thing. Then he told the kid to look him in the face.

If the kid were to do that to the police officer he would be arrested for aggravated assault on a police officer. The reverse should be true then too. The policeman should be arrested for assault.

But he won't be because he's a police officer and the law protect them. It's not an even playing field out there.

Both sides could have prevented the situation from escalating.

The cop obviously started the situation, but if the dude hadn't have made a move towards him he would not have gotten hit.

If the guy just stands there, hands on the hood, and talks to the cop nothing bad happens. Instead, he made a move towards the cop and the cop reacted.

Now, what if the reason for being stopped was another event. The cop would not even have been sanctioned. If say he pulls over someone speeding at night and the dude makes a move and the cop reacts, the cop will not face any punishment.

Cop deserves to get punished.....filing a false report and the initial reason for stopping are both fucked up, but it's not like the "victim" did anything to smooth the situation over.

That Police Officer did nothing wrong. He was maliciously attacked for no reason what so ever, and was forced to defend himself.

He did kinda Fuck with the kid, for no other reason than his attire, which was not necessary, not like the kid was walking down the street drinking a 40, smoking a blunt, or something.

I'd say it's at least somewhat racially motivated, and cop was at least partially at fault.

The area looks a bit ghetto, so you have to expect the black kid with the droopy drawers to be a common sight. Kid complied by pulling his shirt down to cover his underwear, cop pushed it. It should have ended right then,IMO.

I hate that look, and I know that's where I don't belong, but no reason really existed to confront the kid after that, IMO.

Have you seen that show Deadliest Catch? Not only is the job dangerous, but they have to do meth and coke to stay up for 5 days strait. :smoking:
