i will attack your silly lies one by one. First and fore most i will invite you to scratch that link from your response. Go back an try reading it and understanding it before you come on here and post complete lies and fabrications yet that entire link clearly shows taxation had absolutely nothing to do with the move big tobacco companies made.

Further i will strongly advise you to focus on the fact that not a single company moved any where. That article is clearly about companies opting for a diffferent source of raw materials!

I strongly encourage you to read your own link before you post it.

on to the HP myth...:lolBIG:

Actually i thought i would have to debunk a whole lot of crap in your HP myth as well turns out that i dont have to. Its a simple case of you being completely unable to read the english language and comprehend what the hell you are reading and this is what is wrong with Americans all over.

This guy posts an article specifically about how HP was moving its IT departments abroad for lower wages. This is specifically mentioned in the article. They moved jobs so us to use cheap labor. Nothing about taxes, they didnt even say HP moved overseas.
This is yet another of your failures to understand the English language. I specifically asked you for one corporation that moved over sease. That is a corpoporation and completely shut down and transferred their entire operation overseas and dont do any business in the USA..

This is the crap that you came up with. HP is still a US corporation. They did not move overseas. They moved jobs overseas which is completely different. And they didnt move them due to tax purposes they moved them for savings on lower wages. This is very clearly spelled out for even the dumbest person to read in your own link that you yourself posted.

And to doubly emphasize the lack of logic from the people making such silly and ill informed arguments you took this article from 2002 when bush came in with his big tax cuts for the wealthy!

If half the crap you are posting why the hell are you using examples that are wrong no less, about the Bush tax era tax cuts??
Do you guys now see why i get upset with people and start calling them names when the post such incredibly dumb shit?

here is another one for you...hopefully you can actually read this one and not put the liberal media spin on it

Not only are we disadvantaged against our foreign competitors, but two of our major U.S. competitors, Cooper Industries and Ingersoll-Rand Co., have a significant advantage over Stanley Works because they have already reincorporated overseas," said Stanley Chief Executive John Trani in a prepared statement. He added that congressional leaders have asked for the company's support in "rectifying this situation by enacting legislation that will create a level playing field for companies incorporated in the U.S. We have honored their request, and the ball is now in their court."

you were right about those links...i didnt read them carefully...i am trying to work and provide info for you at the same time...this last link is real and clearly shows us corporations that relocated overseas...sorry for the confusion and i am man enough to admit it when i posted a wrong link

this still does not change that everything i have said regarding this issue is 100% correct

So your saying the tax increase will not cause the corporations to change anything. I would have to question your thought process on that and where your statistics are coming from.

I REFUSE TO LOOK AT OR EVEN ACCEPT THIS NEW LINK YOU POST NOW THAT I HAVE EXPOSED YOUR IGNORANCE ON THE ISSUE! NOT UNTIL YOU ADMIT THAT YOU WERE TOTALL WRONG ON THE FIRST TWO AND YOU HAD NO CLUE ABOUT WHAT THE HELL YOU WERE TALKING ABOUT!

AND I ALSO DEMAND YOU PROVIDE EVIDENCE OF THE JOB BOOM CREATED BY THE BUSH TAX CUTS. YOU DONT GET TO PLAY THESE STUPID GAMES WITH ME! (your right wing kook buddies should have warned you. When it comes to piccolo, he doesnt fool easy and doesnt fall for childish red herrings that try to hide the fact that you are completely ignorant of the issue you are trying to sell.)

Ok i know i promised not to address this new story, but it turns out that you are yet again posting crap you still dont understand

BTW.. If i am putting liberal media spin on the story and not posting facts please fvcking prove it! Or did you think you will just cry "liberal media spin" and that will some how change the fact that in the very article you posted no a single person says the companies are moving jobs overseas.

If i am lying about the tobacco link you provided please prove it. You haev all the evidence in the article. Simply go and find the phrase sentence or wording that says any one moved a company overseas to avoid taes. Its very easy to do if you are an educated person capable of reading and understanding what the hell you are posting

Back to the second story you yet again misunderstood when in your pathetic third attempt! The owners of the company themselves said that they were trying to avoid taxes on profits from overseas. They were not saving a penny on american taxes, they were shipping jobs to bermuda! And as though you are completely retarded you yet again failed to mention that this story is from 2002 year of the stupid bush tax cuts!!!
Not only is the corporation you cited in your lame third attempt not moving its operations out of the USA economy, they werent even moving jobs. They were simply incorporating else where to avoid taxes on foreign profits. !
Now i have seen some crazy people, but even the dumbest i know stop posting nonsense when they are shown the holes in the stories they are posting.

I have already told you about the silliness of posting a story from the bush era tax cuts because it makes you look completely foolish and only exposes the fact that you dont know what the hell you are talking about and cant decipher that jobs have little to do with taxes.

You have still pathetically failed to answer my first question

wow!!! you have not exposed shit. i just posted a link showing 2 major US companies that have relocated overseas.

the economy has been in shambles since 9/11 because it has hit the natural cycle of a recession

most people don't realize the president has almost zero control over the economy and by nature the economy is cyclical. with the irresponsible lending practices started by CLinton and his every one should own a house dream, it was inevitable until the bottom dropped out of the housing market. that coupled with 9/11 and katrina make it impossible to have a stable economy

still does not mean that it is a fact that the best way to stimulate the economy is to lower taxes FOR ALL PEOPLE ACCROSS THE BOARD AND CUT GOVT SPENDING (please spare me the usual Bush spent so much blah blah blah...we have been at war for 7 years and had the biggest natural disaster in american history under his watch...you have to spend during those times and i don't like bush either)

Here are facts about Dems and Repubs that each party would agree with

Dems

1.believe in bigger govt and more govt spending on govt programs
2. believe in governing our lives and no personal responsibility...the govt should tell you what to do and how to do it and also believe we should give money to lazy people that CHOOSE not to work
3. believe in higher taxes to pay for the bigger govt and all the govt programs dems love

Repubs

1. believe in smaller govt less govt spending
2. believe in personal responsibility and no handouts for people
3. believe in lower taxes for everyone

say what you want clown but here is an exact quote from the story

"Not only are we disadvantaged against our foreign competitors, but two of our major U.S. competitors, Cooper Industries and Ingersoll-Rand Co., have a significant advantage over Stanley Works because they have already reincorporated overseas," said Stanley Chief Executive John Trani in a prepared statement. He added that congressional leaders have asked for the company's support in "rectifying this situation by enacting legislation that will create a level playing field for companies incorporated in the U.S. We have honored their request, and the ball is now in their court."
Stanley, along with other companies, has argued that the U.S. tax code is "archaic in today's global market." But while a few companies have sought offshore tax havens, those, like Stanley, with actual operations in the U.S. still have to pay U.S. taxes

Stanley may be correct that some companies--most prominently Tyco (nyse: TYC - news - people )--have gained some advantage by reincorporating overseas. The solution, as Stanley now sees it, is to prevent actual U.S. companies from opting out of the tax system, which only intensifies whatever unfairness may exist.

this company decided to stay in the US unlike its previously based us competeters because the govt (bush repubs back in 2002 before the dems had control of the house and senate) said it would lower taxes on corporations

If it sounds as if Stanley caved, the company said it was actually the U.S. government that made concessions. In its announcement, Stanley said, "In reaching this decision, the company cited the growing prospect of comprehensive tax legislation..... Most positively, Congress has started down a path to deliver comprehensive tax reform that would eliminate the inequities of U.S. international taxation and thereby accomplish Stanley's original and continuing goal."

All this is completely irrelevant especially to the anti obama argument you were falsely trying to make. The company was intent on making the move to dodge taxes even under the generous bush tax cuts!

Matter of fact OBama gave a speech about tax dodges of this kind that sit here and profit from american security and economy while hiding profits in offshores!

Tax havens are not a phenomenon brought on by obama, they have been around for decades. You are not schooling us on anything new.

I believe you are the clown who still has no clue about what the hell he is talking about. But fear not. I will correct your nonsensical crap!

First and foremost the president of the country does indeed matter. In your bullshit rants about how Bush had to fight two wars, and face one of the worst natural disasters and bla bla bla. You failed to mention, that it was the President who sold that bogus iraqi war that saw us blow through close to a trillion dollars. That war wasnt natural disaster. It was a total Bush presidency disaster. So save that bullshit about how presidents really dont matter then turning right around and blaming the failing economy on two wars and a natural disaster.

Did it even occur to you that the cost of that natural disaster could have been seriously reduced hadnt the same president you are trying to absolve of responsibility chosen a competent natural disaster response team? What did you the president you are defending do? Well he chose a freaking horse show judge to run FEMA..

DO YOU REALLY WANNA REPEAT THAT NONSENSE ABOUT THE PRESIDENT BEING IRRELEVANT?

with the irresponsible lending practices started by CLinton and his every one should own a house dream, it was inevitable until the bottom dropped out of the housing market. that coupled with 9/11 and katrina make it impossible to have a stable economy
Wait are you still arguing that a president doesnt have any effect on the economy? Seriously are other people reading this crap?

Did you even know that this economic disaster wouldnt even be 20% this bad hadnt bush signed into law the Commodities and Futures trading revision act? You are after all aware that the overwhelming issue by far that sunk banks was the dealing in credit default swaps instruments that were legalized by Bush the same moron you are trying to paint as blameless?

Jesus christ i am sick and tired of educating and schooling these retard right wing morons!

Honestly my fingers are hurting from all this typing. I have more to say but enough is enough. Its obvious this guy is a complete fool and i hope he got turned back from the voting booth when they saw the retard drool running down his bib!
