Do you know if any of the financial institutions you've dealt have had a breach?

I would also file a police report if you haven't. If there's a local guy who's doing or selling this stuff, they might see some common denominator with other breaches

yikes that's even worse. if someone skims your card they can wipe your bank account out in minutes with no proof of ownership. You don't even need to be skimmed...any restaurant employee can snag the info in 10 seconds. Also banks won't help you out much with debit card fraud while cc fraud is much easier to overcome

They said its an isolated incident at that branch atleast. I was the first one who had come in to do the paper work

Never, ever put your card in the gas pump, our company cards have been hit 3 times down here in S Fl. with skimmers. It's rampant down here, take the 2 minutes to walk inside to swipe it and you'll never have a problem. We have 5 company cards and it's a pain in the ass when we get hit and have to replace all of them. Walk inside to pay !!!!!!!!!!

Happened all the time at gas stations when I was traveling to California. To stop it, I went inside gas stations and paid with cash.
