I would've told that Texas judge to suck my ass. At the absolute worst, he should have requested her
cooperation henceforth, and sent her home. I hope he's an ELECTED official so that the voters can
get a shot at him.

Richards may have been filling a vacancy. According to Fox News' Tucker Carlson, that judge
comes up for re-election in November.

This was revealed in Carlson's interview of the CURRENT governor, who snidely mentioned
