No probs. Like I said, I've been here for 3 YEARS and haven't pushed my picks except on very RARE occasions. I posted some here over the weekend and you seemed interested - so I did some the last few days. I enjoy putting some money on the Lang fade (not nearly as much as in the Fade's heydey - back then it was a windfall of cash - and I'm not kidding around - I won a SHITLOAD of cash fading him in the past). Lang isn't the same. Except for that one day he gave out 2 selections last week - he's reigned himself in (more likely he's been reigned in) to one pick per day. At the end of the day, if all you are playing is one pick - it's a coin flip. But when Lang gets cold - WATCH OUT. You don't want to miss those shitty streaks he goes on. But then PV comes in spouting off and in general - just trolling a Lang Fade thread (I have no idea why he enjoys that so much - really needs to get a life). But I enjoy reading and talking sports.
I'll tell ya the truth, I've done OKAY at NCAA hoops this season, but again, my main bread and butter is college and pro football. Hockey usually comes down to what goalie is hotter, and baseball's odds make it a real pain. That - and it's nearly impossible to handicap baseball. You could look at everything - see the trends going your way - you have Verlander on the mound - he's 12-1 versus KC (or something like that), and then Leyland for whatever reason pulls him in a 2-1 game and Valverde (or this year someone new) comes in and gives up a walk, a hit batsman, and a HR - and BINGO - you bet $640 to win $200 and just lost your ass. So baseball is basically just trend betting. In fact, at the end of the day, outside of football - trends are mainly what I look at.
Anyway, I'll check out your stuff. If something looks REAL good - I'll let ya know.
