I read that he had a fungus (probably athletes foot) and it acts as open wounds, making what happened happen (or at least worse than if it was just a normal skin foot)

think I was in 2 minutes or so. Thought it would be nothing much, but after a minute my whole body was vibrating from the cold. Gets to be like -50 or something if I recall correctly.

I couldn't do a full body emersion into that, a minute into a commercial supermarket walk in freezer to pull some stock at zero degrees with a jacket is plenty for me !

I would do it locally to freeze off a wart or skintag or such, that's way different !

I haven't tried it, but it doesn't have any scientific support. It might have a nice placebo

I have done it about 20x - can't really say I ever saw any really benefits outside of a placebo effect I was making up - I would Imagine an ice bath is much better but there pretty brutal and hard to stay in - cryotherapy is so short (like 3 mins or so) that u don't really notice it
