I agree at anytime any site can say fuck you and not pay you. If people are saying they have been paid and have had no problems. Then I cant see why this site is not legit.

How about the fact they claim to be in Costa Rica but they are not, or they won't let SBR do an inspection?

Like someone else said because they are probably located in the United States. There are plenty of books like this, but instead of settling through Western Union people make the transactions through PayPal. This one is just international and you dont need to know the book maker to get in.

I just chatted live at creditwagering.com, and I asked the guy why don't they let SBR review them and this is what the guy told me.

) we have 5 americans in and out of office and feds have office in cr and 2 of the owners are very well known
Tom says:
2) there is no purpose as seeing what kind of computers we have does not neam that we can pay, case in point betonsports
Tom says:
dont get me wrong, I love sbr, but they serve no purpose with their ratings as they have no access to any books finances
Tom says:
they can visit office number 2 i told them
Tom says:
we are opening up a second office for europe in late august early september
Tom says:
we do not want to be rated until we are open a year
Tom says:
then we have to be an A book as we pay and are one of only 3 books out there that do not use customers deposit money
Tom says:
does that answer your question?

The place is legit. Not coming from personal experience but people are being payed by the site. But as SBR_John said, stay away because the book is too unknown. You obviously wont lose any money because you don't deposit anything, but if you find yourself down to the book they will send you over to collections.

Now at first thats sounds stupid because how can any collections agency collect on an already illegal gambling debt. The answer is that they dont come in person or do it legit. They will just send all your information over to some call center in India and they will just hound you over the phone. They will call your neighbors, your work, your family, and your friends. This can last for years or however long until they collect the debt. And the United States has no jurisdiction in India.

In addition you are sending the last 4 digits of your ssn. At first sight its only 4 digits but a quick background check will reveal the first 6 digits. You are sending your entire identity to some shady business.......

But ya other than that feel free to play there.

They only send your shit to the collection agency if you don't pay. Why would you not pay after they paid you? I'm not saying you personally, but in general to anyone.

Well people seem to do it all the time to them apparantly www.creditwagering.com/stiffs . The main thing is, ask yourself why you want to bet there and decide if it is worth the risk.

CreditWagering apparent business model:
- Pay everyone who wins
- Get stiffed by at least 25% of those that lose
- Another 10% of that 25% get paid and then lose and don't pay back.
- No real 100% guarantee you will ever get the money they stiff you for. All they can do is hire some collections agency to harass you.
- On top of this they are giving bonuses and they still have to pay collections money.

What I think their business model is:
- Get as many people to sign up and send in their identity
- Pay people so that they will constantly get new people
- Get the business to the point where you have over 6,000 clients on the site.
- Setup the site from a proxy with no way to trace it
- Claim you are from Costa Rica but are not
- Refuse to be interviewed or be inspected from the online gambling industry leader
- Shutdown the site at some point and sell off nearly 6,000 identities including addresses, faxed photo id's, utility bills

I'm not messing with the site, but from what I understood you only send a picture of your ID in if you win.

if your a real gambler and have the funds to deposit at a legit book, why in gods fuck would you gamble here?

If your funds are low for an apparent reason, then cool. I would stop betting long before i went to a place like this.

I checked the join now page and it seems they took away the requirement to send in your SSN number. Without requiring a social security number, I dont see why faking an ID wont work. Faking a name, address, number as well as faking an ID (costs about $120)...... as well as placing bets on a public computer.

Thats the only way I would ever touch this site.

Well if you faked your address and you won how would you get the debit card they send you?

Yeah ....Just remember they send your debit card to the doorstep of that fake address you gave them..credit shops will be a hit in the future..Sure..you can stiff em once ..but then your name goes into a database and you`ll have to post up..or play with your balls at night..Ever think they are just getting a clientele of honest people before they shut the door down to just anyone?

Identity theft..Seems like a pretty stupid plan paying thousands of dollars ..when you can get them much cheaper..You yourself said you can get a fake ID for 100 bucks or so..So why pay tens of thousands..

There are honest people who dont mind playing on credit..Think of it..why should some monkees in some third world country have your 2 grand tonight?..So you can wake up tomorrow morning expecting to go on the greatest winning streek of your life..

With so many crooks today..I recommend to everyone to pay a 24 hour service to monitor your credit..I personally check my credit DAILY..The second some crook applies for something in my name I will know it ASAP..It will minimize the damage instead of finding out 6 months from now when you apply for a Visa card..

Yeah lots of ass holes will rip them off in the infancy stages..I think they are making up for this by saving on the most expensive part of having an cyberspace business--ITS CALLED ADVERTISING..cause we are doing it for them..

Months from now this thread may blow up in my face..But more than a handful of Sportsbooks that fly that mighty banner ay forums have closed up shop and ripped me off..Whats the difference?

You guys are in position to say "I told you so"..and I do appreciate all you guy`s concern..But I think I`ll gamble and take a stab..

I may put a serious credit alert on my report for awhile, just in case.. The photo IDs of lots of guys I know have been floating around in these third world countries for years..

Hey boxer..Dont count on me to report any winnings just yet..I have been yo-yo ing back and forth..I may even end up having to pay them..I`ll keep ya posted man..Like I said..I`ll sit as still as a tree`d possum if I go over $400..Just as a test

PS--The mighty bookmaker made me send them my DL..Copies of my CC..Utility bill and had me lightly pencil over my CCs for an imprint too..

MY BEST ADVICE (which I am not following)..Send cash only via moneygram or western union to 5 Dimes or greek..SOS (solid under the radar shop that pay you off within the hour,,sportsoffshore)..the wire does not even have to be sent in your name..no ID if under a K..Dont sweat this place..Let me be the guinea pig and take one for the team

It is the best advice anyone can give you..Me...I toot my own horn...

PS--My biggest mistake to date in offshore gambling (besides :sad3:playing at books that took a dump and having $ at neteller)= Sending endless W union and money gram transfers in my name overseas..over and over in my name cause I play at many places and I lose alot too..One day western union wanted to know how many times a day I take a piss..I can no longer use western union..unless I use a bogus name for deposits..payouts I cant touch em

Your correct..100s of guys today are divulging plans to scam them..And they will have their counter measures..

Sometimes some must take chances to broaden their horizons..In ten years..I will either be a laughable statistical victim..Or I will say I was a pioneer...

Late 1940s a guy named Frank McNamara I believe..came up with this silly idea to let people buy things by merely presenting a piece of plastic..and promising to pay that debt later...Oh how the crooked laughed and cheered..knowing that they would buy lots of nice things and never pay back..

Lets see one of those who laughed and cheered try to buy a house, walk into a bank and get 100,000 loan..or go to the corner car lot and pick up the keys to a corvette and drive off the lot with nothing but a signature...:grandmais
