I found out why the goal was not allowed in this game. The referee said he thought the puck was stopped in Boucher's pads with a 0.2 seconds left and he meant to blow the whistle then. He ended up blowing the whistle after the puck went in the goal.
So it had nothing to do with the puck going off the skate of the Red Wing's player.
