He has a rocket of an arm, and is poised in the pocket. When pocket breaks down, he doesn't look to run, but rather scramble to give him more time to throw. That alone makes him better than half the league's QB's.

Remember Kaepernick that year? Or Dak and others that have that great first year? Then they taper off as the league gets film on them or learns how to stop them. Not to mention Mahomes has had an insane amount of weapons on offense to help him. So I'm keeping things in perspective but I've seen most of his games in full this season. He is extremely talented.

Because after a day when they were outgained 277 yards to 67 in the first half, and handed over three more turnovers, and committed nine penalties for 77 yards, the Chiefs have revealed themselves to be a team with much to be humble about.
