There is no proof that he cheated, there is no proof that I've ever seen that he ever scammed another book for that matter, and even if he did, it wouldn't justify Easy st to stiff him.

Bill, the burden of proof is on the book not the player. He is the one owed...he doesn't have to prove anything.

Not to mention that this was a big time conflict of interest for the RX. They should never be involved with deciding any dispute involving one of their sponsors.
