I really don't think most people have 10% of the information they need to explain what/why they are voting for (or even worse. not even 1% of that 10% ......have the ability to analize the little information they have)

This is regardless of whether or not I agree with their decision.

In summary , most people don't have a clue about anything

i agree. i liken the voters to the public in betting -- jumping on a side with too little information and then regretting the bet once the game is in progress.

bush was one of the most unpopular presidents ever, but that will probably change as obama's numbers continue to drop. obama did an excellent job of telling people just how bad bush was. i think the number of democrats that got elected from conservative districts attests to the disenchantment conservatives had with bush and attests to the dificulty obama is having in pushing his agenda through -- these democrats from conservative areas have got to toe a thin line or it's one and done for them. conservatives who voted for obama were pretty much cutting off their noses to spite their face. obama has a very tight timeframe right now for pushing his agenda, cause come the end of the year, politicians are going to be gearing up for elections and will not want to be going headfirst into any controversial and divisive issues.

i really don't think a lot of people took the time to think about what they were really voting for.
Nail on the head. I was to the piont where I was starting to hate Bush. Not to mention we were stuck with choosing McCain.

as usual you dont read what anyone types...never said they are happy with obama now........but they will never ever relate to you "true" conservatives until you come down from your pedestals
I don't own a pedestal. Although I do own a company work truck which I have to climb up into and down out of. It's a Ford, not a pedestal.

the debate about health care is in large part about what Americans want, and I think it's pretty obvious they don't want Obama care as it's being presented

they also help prove that America is still a right of center nation

they prove Obama and the lefties were not given some mandate they claim they were

Okey dokey...So Polls are In-Season at this time

Got it

Off to find one of those cyber polls where you can cast your online vote for which gal looks the best in a swimsuit. Will report back ASAP

does this mean that the number of tv channels spoon-feeding 'religion' into everyone is going to go from 20 to 200???:think2:

Probably not because those stations - with just a few exceptions - don't make much money after the Men of God (and their high-maintenance honeys) rake their cut off the top.

From what I've seen, people predisposed to watching much of that kind of programming seem by and large content with the couple dozen offerings available in most major TV markets.

Those trucks Rule! in any kind of traffic crunch.

You may not move any faster, but you can see ahead better and while slowed or stopped you can see a whole lot o' you know what I'm sayin'
