Rep. Chaka Fattah (D., Pa.), a Hillary Clinton superdelegate, was convicted on Tuesday on corruption charges stemming from a racketeering conspiracy in which the congressman and four associates misappropriated thousands of dollars from federal, campaign, and charitable sources.
Fattah and four associates were indicted in July 2015 on 29 corruption chargesincluding racketeering, bribery, money laundering, mail and wire fraud, bank fraud, and falsification of records, among other charges.
The Department of Justice said Fattah took an illegal $1 million loan from his failed Philadelphia mayoral bid in 2007 and disguised it as a loan to his consulting company.
At the end of the campaign, Fattah used a scheme to repay the loan through grants and charitable funds from his nonprofit, the Educational Advancement Alliance, and passed through two other companies. In order to pull off the scheme, sham contracts were created to conceal the contributions and repayment operation. False entries were made into accounting records, campaign finance disclosure statements, and tax returns.
Lobbyist Herbert Vederman, consultant Robert Brand, Fattah’s Congressional District Director Bonnie Bowser, and Educational Advancement Alliance CEO Karen Nicholas were charged along with Fattah.
Fattah, who was first elected to Congress in 1995, lost his congressional seat in April after being defeated by Pennsylvania Rep. Dwight Evans in the Democratic primary.

BILL CLINTON'S LOVING WIFE --- by DICK MORRIS

If you happen to see the Bill Clinton five minute TV ad for Hillary in which he introduces the commercial by saying he wants to share some things we may not know about Hillary's background, beware as I was there for most of their presidency and know them better than just about anyone. I offer a few corrections:

Bill says: "In law school Hillary worked on legal services for the poor."

Facts are: Hillary's main extra-curricular activity in 'Law School' was helping the Black Panthers, on trial in Connecticut for torturing and killing a 'Federal Agent.' She went to Court every day as part of a Law student monitoring committee trying to spot civil rights violations and develop grounds for appeal.

Bill says: "Hillary spent a year after graduation working on a Children's rights project for poor kids."

Facts are: Hillary interned with Bob Truehaft, the head of the California Communist Party. She met Bob when he represented the Panthers and traveled all the way to San Francisco to take an internship with him.

Bill says: "Hillary could have written her own job ticket, but she turned down all the lucrative job offers."

Facts are: She flunked the D.C. bar exam, 'Yes', flunked it, it is a matter of record, and only passed the Arkansas bar. She had no job offers in Arkansas, 'None', and only got hired by the University of Arkansas Law School at Fayetteville because Bill was already teaching there. She did not join the prestigious Rose Law Firm until Bill became Arkansas Attorney General and was made a partner only after he was elected Arkansas Governor.

Bill says: "President Carter appointed Hillary to the Legal Services Board of Directors and she became its Chairman."

Facts are: The appointment was in exchange for Bill's support for Carter in his 1980 primary against Ted Kennedy. Hillary then became chairman in a coup in which she won a majority away from Carter's choice to be chairman.

Bill says: "She served on the board of the Arkansas Children's Hospital."

Facts are: Yes she did. But her main board activity, not mentioned by Bill, was to sit on the Wal-Mart Board of Directors, for a substantial fee. She was silent about their labor and health care practices.

Bill says: "Hillary didn't succeed at getting health care for all Americans in 1994 but she kept working at it and helped to create the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) that provides five million children with health insurance."

Facts are: Hillary had nothing to do with creating CHIP. It was included in the budget deal between Clinton and Republican Majority Leader Senator Trent Lott. I know; I helped to negotiate the deal. The money came half from the budget deal and half from the Attorney Generals' tobacco settlement. Hillary had nothing to do with either source of funds.

Bill says: "Hillary was the face of America all over the World." (LOL)

Facts are: Her visits were part of a program to get her out of town so that Bill would not appear weak by feeding stories that Hillary was running the White House. Her visits abroad were entirely touristic and symbolic and there was no substantive diplomacy on any of them.

Bill says: "Hillary was an excellent Senator who kept fighting for Children's and Women's issues."

Facts are: Other than totally meaningless legislation like changing the names on courthouses and post offices, she has passed only four substantive pieces of legislation. One set up a national park in Puerto Rico. A second provided respite care for family members helping their relatives through Alzheimer's or other conditions. And two were routine bills to aid 911 victims and responders which were sponsored by the entire N.Y. delegation. Presently she is trying to have the US memorialize Woodstock.

Here is what bothers me more than anything else about Hillary Clinton. She has done everything possible to weaken the President and our Country (that's you and me) when it comes to the 'War on Terror'.

1. She wants to close GITMO and move the combatants to the USA where they would have access to our legal system.

2. She wants to eliminate the monitoring of suspected Al Qaeda phone calls to/from the USA.

3. She wants to grant constitutional rights to enemy combatants captured on the battlefield.

4. She wants to eliminate the monitoring of money transfers between suspected Al Qaeda cells and supporters in the USA.

5. She wants to eliminate the type of interrogation tactics used by the Military & CIA where coercion might be used when questioning known terrorists even though such tactics might save American lives.

One cannot think of a single 'Bill', Hillary has introduced or a single comment she has made that would tend to strengthen our Country in the 'War on Terror'. But, one can think of a lot of comments she has made that weaken our Country and makes it a more dangerous situation for all of us. Bottom line: She goes hand in hand with the ACLU on far too many issues where common sense is abandoned.

Share this with everyone you know, ask them to prove Dick Morris wrong. Think about it - he's (Dick Morris) said all of this openly, thus if he were not truthful he'd be liable for 'Defamation of Character' !

And you better believe Hillary would sue him.

Her winning in 2016 means the final death knell for America! Her whole public life has been a LIE.

Clinton superdelegate & long-time congressman found guilty on 22 counts in corruption trial

Published time: 22 Jun, 2016 02:49

Representative Chaka Fattah, one of Hillary Clinton’s superdelegates, was found guilty on over 20 separate federal charges, including bribery, money laundering, fraud and racketeering. Maintaining his innocence, the 11-term congressman is now out on bail.
“Well, it's a tough day, but we want to confer with my lawyers to figure out what our next steps are,” Fattah, a Democratic congressman representing Pennsylvania’s second district, said in a brief statement outside a Philadelphia courthouse.
He added that “today’s outcome isn’t what we had hoped,” according to the Hill.

Fattah was found guilty on a total 22 charges in the 29-count indictment filed in July 2015 against the congressman and his four associates Robert Brand, Karen Nicholas, Herbert Vederman and Bonnie Bowser.
“Congressman Fattah corruptly abused his office for his own personal and political gain,” Assistant Attorney General Leslie R. Caldwell said.“He took bribes, committed fraud and even stole money from his own campaigns. In short, Congressman Fattah and his codefendants deprived the people of eastern Pennsylvania of their right to the honest services of their elected representative.”
Fattah’s defense has been maintaining that he is a victim in the case, because the congressman was not aware that two of his political consultants from a 2007 Philadelphia mayoral bid hatched a scheme to move money around. However, Fattah was convicted of money laundering charges related to his borrowing of $1 million.
After losing the election, Fattah is said to have returned $400,000 to the donor and repaid the remainder using his own nonprofit, the Educational Advancement Alliance, to channel charitable and federal grant funds. The conspirators created sham contracts and false accounting entries as well as tax returns and campaign finance disclosure statements in order to hide the scheme, prosecutors say.
“In exchange for Fattah’s efforts to arrange the award of the funds to the non-profit, the consultant agreed to forgive the debt owed by the campaign,” the Justice Department said in a press release listing Fattah’s convictions.

The jury has also found the congressman guilty of using thousands of dollars from his campaign funds, both mayoral and congressional, to pay off his son’s student loan debt.
According to the prosecution, one of Fattah’s consultants made 34 successful loan payments on behalf of his son between 2007 and 2011, totaling approximately $23,000.
It has been established that Fattah was accepting bribes while trying to secure an ambassadorship or appointment to the US Trade Commission for former Philadelphia Deputy Mayor Herbert Vederman.
“[…] the defendants sought to conceal an $18,000 bribe payment from Vederman to Fattah by disguising it as a payment for a sham car sale,” the DoJ said.

Fattah is scheduled to appear in court for his sentencing on October 4. He potentially faces life in prison if all sentences run consecutively, as several of his counts carry terms as long as 20 years each.
“Chaka Fattah Sr. and his co-defendants betrayed the public trust and undermined our faith in government,” United States Attorney Zane David Memeger said. “Today’s verdict makes clear that the citizens of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania expect their public officials to act with honesty and integrity, and to not sell their office for personal gain. Hopefully, our elected officials in Philadelphia and elsewhere hear today’s message loud and clear.”
Despite his conviction, Fattah is to remain in Congress until the end of his term in January. In November 2014, he was reelected by a majority of Philadelphians. However, Fattah failed to win his primary bid in April this year, losing for the first time since entering Congress in 1995.

[h=2]In her Tuesday economic address, Hillary Clinton promoted an economic agenda that is directly undercut by her radical and expansive immigration proposals.[/h]“My mission as President is to help create more good-paying jobs so we can get incomes rising for hardworking families across America,” Clinton said. “It’s a pretty simple formula: higher wages lead to more demand, which leads to more jobs with higher wages. And I’ve laid out a detailed agenda to jumpstart this virtuous cycle.”
However, Clinton’s claim that she wants to help working families is incompatible with her proposals to flood the U.S. labor market and give big businesses a large supply of low-wage foreign workers.
Indeed, the “simple formula” for higher wages that Clinton touts in her speech contradicts Clinton’s immigration proposals.
As Manhattan Institute scholar Heather MacDonald has explained, “the law of supply and demand applies to labor.”
Immigration can affect the wages of both high-skilled and low-skilled workers.
“Bringing in more skilled immigrants will decrease salaries at the higher end,” MacDonaldwrites, and unskilled immigration “not only depresses wages for less-educated Americans, but imposes significant social costs on taxpayers as well (through trying to close the achievement gap between the children of uneducated Hispanic immigrants, on the one hand, and whites and Asians, on the other; through subsidized health care; and through police and prison expenditures).”
Harvard Professor George Borjas has explained:
[E]conomic theory predicts that increasing the supply of labor [through immigration]… will reduce earnings for natives in competition with immigrants… Statistical analysis shows that when immigration increases the supply of workers in a skill category, the earnings of native-born workers in that same category fall. The negative effect will occur regardless of whether the immigrant workers are legal or illegal, temporary or permanent. Any sizable increase in the number of immigrants will inevitably lower wages for some American workers. Conversely, reducing the supply of labor by strict immigration enforcement and reduced legal immigration would increase the earnings of native workers.
In particular, “the negative effect on native-born black and Hispanic workers is significantly larger than on whites because a much larger share of minorities are in direct competition with immigrants,” Borjas writes.
Borjas’ analysis has shown that “a 10% immigrant-induced increase in the supply of a particular skill group is associated with a reduction in the black wage of 2.5%, a reduction in the black employment rate of 5.9 percentage points, and an increase in the black institutionalization rate of 1.3%.”
“Competition from immigration accounts for approximately 40 percent of the 18-percentage point decline in black employment in recent years,” U.S. Civil Rights Commissioner Peter Kirsanow has documented. “That’s nearly a million jobs lost by blacks to immigrants.”
Borjas has highlighted the writings of economist Paul Samuelson, who in 1964, observed that “after World War I, laws were passed severely limiting immigration. Only a trickle of immigrants has been admitted since then… By keeping labor supply down, immigration policy tends to keep wages high. Let us underline this basic principle: Limitation of the supply of any grade of labor relative to all other productive factors can be expected to raise its wage rate; an increase in supply will, other things being equal, tend to
depress wage rates.”
Indeed, the historic flow of immigration into the United States is primarily the product of a Ted Kennedy-supported immigration law enacted in 1965, which lifted immigration caps that had been put into place during the Coolidge administration, and opened immigration to predominantly poor and developing countries.
Every year the U.S. admits one million plus foreign nationals on green cards, one million guest workers, dependents, and refugees, and half a million foreign students. In 1970, fewer than one in 21 Americans were foreign-born. Today, as a result of the federal government’s four-decade-long green card gusher, nearly one in seven U.S. residents was born in a foreign country. And in seven years time, according to Census Bureau reports, the foreign-born share of the U.S. population will reach an all-time high.
Recent reports have documented the sustained compression of the middle class during the forty-year green card wave, as well as the discovery that all net job creation among working-age people went to foreign workers from 2000-2014. This data comes on top of evidence documenting the overcrowding of schools where a growing number of students qualify for free meals and require language instruction.
The immigration reductions enacted after World War I were backed by both Republicans and labor bosses, who thought immigration curbs would enhance assimilation and improve wages and living conditions.
As then-President Coolidge explained while promoting his immigration curbs:
We want to keep wages and living conditions good for everyone who is now here or who may come here… As a Nation, our first duty must be to those who are already our inhabitants, whether native or immigrants. To them we owe an especial and a weighty obligation.
American Federation of Labor (AFL) founder and president Samuel Gompers similarly said, “Those who favor unrestricted immigration care nothing for the people.”
It was not until recent years that Democratic leaders abandoned their position that federal immigration policies should prioritize the jobs and wages of American workers. For instance, in 2007, Senator Bernie Sanders opposed George W. Bush’s expansive immigration agenda because it would “bring low-wage workers into this country in order to depress the wages of American workers, which are already in decline.”
Sanders wrote:
With poverty increasing and the middle-class shrinking, we must not force American workers into even more economic distress. The CEOs who want this [immigration] bill aren’t even embarrassed by their hypocrisy. One day they shut down plants with high-skilled, well-paid American workers, and move to China where they pay desperate people 50 cents an hour. The next day, they have the nerve to come before the U.S Congress and tell us that they can’t find skilled workers to do the jobs that they need. Give me a break.
Yet far from curbing immigration, Hillary Clinton has called for a radical increase in immigration.
Clinton has pledged to expand President Obama’s unconstitutional executive amnesty, freeze deportations, close detention centers, give Obamacare to illegal aliens, and expand refugee resettlement.
In her Tuesday speech, Clinton reiterated her call for amnesty and suggested that enforcing U.S. immigration law “is really bad economics.”
“Kicking out 11 million immigrants would cost hundreds of billions of dollars and it would shrink our economy significantly,” Clinton said. “Some economists actually argue that just this policy alone would send us into a Trump recession. So instead of causing large-scale misery and shrinking our economy, we should pass sensible immigration reform with a path to citizenship.”
However, full amnesty for the illegal immigrant population will cost U.S. taxpayers $6.3 trillion, according to a report from the Heritage Foundation.
Similarly, Clinton’s plan to resettle 65,000 Syrian migrants would cost U.S. taxpayers over $42 billion over the course of the migrants’ lifetime. Trump recently called on Clinton “to replace her support for increased refugee admissions… with a new job program for our inner cities.”
“We have to use the money to take care of our poorest Americans and work with them, so they can come out of this horrible situation that they’re in,” Trump said.
In her Tuesday speech, Clinton insisted that she believes “in the ingenuity and productivity of America workers.” It is unclear, however, why she would then promote an immigration agenda that would replace American workers with foreign laborers.

Clinton Foundation Said to Be Breached by Russian Hackers

The Bill, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton Foundation was among the organizations breached by suspected Russian hackers in a dragnet of the U.S. political apparatus ahead of the November election, according to three people familiar with the matter.

The attacks on the foundation’s network, as well as those of the Democratic Party and Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign, compound concerns about her digital security even as the FBI continues to investigate her use of a personal e-mail server while she was secretary of state.

[h=1]Trump Compares ‘World-Class Liar’ Hillary Clinton to Brian Williams: His ‘Career Was Destroyed for Saying Less’[/h]SHARE

BY: David Rutz

Donald Trump compared the deceit of his Democratic rival, Hillary Clinton, to that of former NBC Nightly News anchor Brian Williams during his Wednesday address in New York. He concluded Clinton was an even bigger liar than Williams.
Trump cited Clinton’s discredited claim that she once landed “under sniper fire” in Bosnia as First Lady as proof she was a “world-class liar.” Clinton’s story was revealed to be entirely fictional, and she later said she “misspoke.”
“She’s a world-class liar,” Trump said. “Just look at her pathetic email server statements or her phony landing in Bosnia, where she said she was under attack, and the attack turned out to be young girls handing her flowers … This was one of the beauts. A total and self-serving lie. Brian Williams’ career was destroyed for saying less. Just remember that.”
Williams was suspended from NBC for six months without pay last year when it was revealed he had lied about his account of being in a helicopter that was hit by enemy fire in Iraq, in addition to other exaggerations in his reporting. Lester Holt took his place as Nightly News anchor and has held it ever since.
Williams apologized for his actions, admitting he “said things that weren’t true.” He has since resurfaced as a daytime anchor for MSNBC, NBC’s left-leaning cable affiliate.

A State Department official who told Congress he had no knowledge of Hillary Clinton’s private email server was included on an internal memo that discussed the server’s installation on March 17, 2009, the day it was allegedly set up.
The memo and other documents published by the watchdog group Judicial Watch on Wednesday conflict with claims that State Department security official John Bentel was unaware of Clinton’s personal email server.
Bentel has declined through his attorney to answer questions about the server from the Senate Judiciary Committee, citing a lack of knowledge. The committee has repeatedly sought testimony from Bentel over the past several months.
“According to his attorney, Randall Turk, Mr. Bentel knew nothing about the server at the time,” saidSenate Judiciary Committee Chairman Charles Grassley in floor remarks on May 26. “Mr. Bentel’s attorney claimed that his client only learned of the controversial email arrangement after it was reported in the press.”
Bentel’s attorney did not respond to request for comment.
The March 17, 2009 server memo was emailed Bentel and three other State Department security officials from a department IT officer. It was headlined “Secretary Residential Installation Hotwash.” The term “hotwash” is a reference to a briefing that takes place after a consequential event.
The first bullet point on the memo discussed Clinton’s “Unclassified Partner System,” which identified a server in the “basement telephone closet.”
Clinton’s email server was reportedly set up on March 17, 2009, and she did not turn over any emails to the State Department that were sent or received before that date.
Judicial Watch received a copy of the memo, as well as other documents, as part of an ongoing public records lawsuit against the State Department. The document was previously mentioned in a State Department Inspector General report last month, which outlined extensive failures in the department’s public records process. However, the report did not list the recipients of the memo.
Other documents mentioned in the IG report raise additional questions about Bentel’s knowledge of Clinton’s server, according to Grassley. The report cited two State Department staffers who allegedly expressed concerns about the security of the setup to Bentel and were told to stop discussing the issue.
The Judiciary Committee chairman sent a letter to Bentel’s attorney on June 3, citing the discrepancies and again requesting an interview.
“At no time since I informed you of what we have learned from our interviews has Mr. Turk amended his position that you have ‘no memory or knowledge’ of these matters,” wrote Grassley.
“Based on the OIG report, it appears that your attorney’s representations to the Committee may have been false and misleading,” he added. “If the testimony to the Inspector General is true, then you did know of Secretary Clinton’s non-government email server and her private email use.”
Turk responded on June 10 to say his client “respectfully declines this invitation, as he has with prior invitations,” adding that Bentel had already discussed the issue with the House Select Committee on Benghazi.

WASHINGTON (AP) — State Department staffers wrestled for weeks in December 2010 over a serious technical problem that affected emails from then-Secretary Hillary Clinton’s home email server, causing them to temporarily disable security features on the government’s own systems, according to emails released Wednesday.
The emails were released under court order Wednesday to the conservative legal advocacy group Judicial Watch, which has sued the State Department over access to public records related to the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee’s service as the nation’s top diplomat between 2009 and 2013.
The emails, reviewed by The Associated Press, show that State Department technical staff disabled software on their systems intended to block phishing emails that could deliver dangerous viruses. They were trying urgently to resolve delivery problems with emails sent from Clinton’s private server.
“This should trump all other activities,” a senior technical official, Ken LaVolpe, told IT employees in a Dec. 17, 2010, email. Another senior State Department official, Thomas W. Lawrence, wrote days later in an email that deputy chief of staff Huma Abedin personally was asking for an update about the repairs. Abedin and Clinton, who both used Clinton’s private server, had complained that emails each sent to State Department employees were not being reliably received.
After technical staffers turned off some security features, Lawrence cautioned in an email, “We view this as a Band-Aid and fear it’s not 100 percent fully effective.”
The AP initially reported Wednesday that the emails described security features being turned off on Clinton’s own private server, but State Department spokesman John Kirby clarified hours later that the emails described “a series of troubleshooting measures to the department’s system — not Secretary Clinton’s system — to attempt to remedy the problem.”
The emails were released under court order Wednesday to the conservative legal advocacy group Judicial Watch, which has sued the State Department over access to public records related to the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee’s service as the nation’s top diplomat between 2009 and 2013.
Clinton has repeatedly denied there is any evidence her private email server ever was breached. Her campaign did not immediately provide comment Wednesday.
Days after the technical crisis, on Jan. 9, 2011, an IT worker was forced to shut down Clinton’s server because he believed “someone was trying to hack us.” Later that day, he wrote, “We were attacked again so I shut (the server) down for a few min.” It was one of several occasions when email access to Clinton’s BlackBerry smartphone was disrupted because her private server was down, according to the documents.
The AP reported last year that in the early morning hours of Aug. 3, 2011, Clinton received infected emails, disguised as speeding tickets from New York. The emails instructed recipients to print the attached tickets. Opening an attachment would have allowed hackers to take over control of a victim’s computer.
In a blistering audit released last month, the State Department’s inspector general concluded that Clinton and her team ignored clear internal guidance that her email setup broke federal standards and could leave sensitive material vulnerable to hackers. Her aides twice brushed aside concerns, in one case telling technical staff “the matter was not to be discussed further,” the report said.
The State Department has released more than 52,000 pages of Clinton’s work-related emails, including some that have since been classified. Clinton has withheld thousands of additional emails, saying they were personal. The emails released Wednesday were not made available until after the inspector general’s office published its report, and Judicial Watch asked a federal judge to force the State Department to turn them over.
The case is one of about three dozen lawsuits over access to records related to Clinton’s time as secretary, including one filed by the AP. As part of its ongoing suit, lawyers from Judicial Watch on Wednesday questioned Bryan Pagliano, a former IT staffer for Clinton who helped set up the server, under oath. According to the group, Pagliano repeatedly responded to questions by invoking his Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination, as he did last year before a congressional committee.
The FBI is also investigating whether Clinton’s use of the private email server imperiled government secrets. It has recently interviewed Clinton’s top aides, including former chief of staff Cheryl Mills and Abedin.
Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump said in a speech Wednesday that Clinton’s email server “was easily hacked by foreign governments.” Trump cited no new evidence that hackers had successfully breached Clinton’s server, but he said unspecified enemies of the United States were in possession of all her emails.
“So they probably now have a blackmail file over someone who wants to be President of the United States. This fact alone disqualifies her from the presidency,” Trump said. “We can’t hand over our government to someone whose deepest, darkest secrets may be in the hands of our enemies.”
