Well I feel bad about it upsetting IAG so I started questioning why I posted the "Time to set the record straight thread". Then I stumbled upon her post quoted above where she asked me to come clean before she got back. We were gonna play it out til Monday, but when she asked me to "make things right" at 10:45 this morning I kinda got the hint that she was done playing, so I tried to clear it up. That's when she got upset. So I guess I can't win. No meltdown here. Just sick in bed with lotsa time to post.
I call bullshit man. You knew from pm's that she didn't like this and wanted it over, but at least she knew you were going to let her quit the stupid charade on Monday when she could say that she got your money. You knew it was important to her that others' not know she was RELUCTANTLY playing along with you. And then while she's gone, you hang her out to dry and let everybody rip on her ass.
This post is so fucking stupid I feel like I am now on the receiving end of a pretend situation. She obviously didn't make it CLEAR or she wouldn't have played along. She asked me to clear it up this morning and I did.
BTW, the whole thing was hilarious til the end when she got upset.
It was a joke that was funny.
BTW, you knew the whole time right? Why didn't you post something to end it earlier if you knew it was against her better judgment to be associated with such a vile and deceitful person as me?
How is it that you always seem to be waist f'n deep in controversy here lately, but it's never your fault at all? You always have such a neat, clean explanation for every detail of every event.
And who in the hell wants someone else to help him so people think he's a stiff? You think that's funny? Why do you like controversy so much?

And he knew but never thought you were going to finish it like you did...and he wasn't around when things started to get ugly or he might have said something.. He was obviously also protecting a friend's confidence which is more than you can apparently do.. I thought you told me that we would let it go a few days and then I could say I got the payment. I never dreamed you would make it known that it was a joke from the get go. I just thought you would let them bash you for a few days and let it go. As long as I didn't have to publicly get angry with you and bait them into calling you a stiff, I figured it was your name...whatever....When it started to get talked about yesterday then I PMed you and asked if I could clear your "good name" now and I got no response.
I'm going to go find that other thread where it's obvious what you had in mind and how confused I obviously was.
I will accept some of the blame for this one.
I really thought it would be funny. Yes. Just like Teddy pretending to not pay you was funny.

TTP, thanks for the confidence and no, I would never be involved in some kinda stupid play acting deal on here. But look at PG's track record lately. Bowl contest handled very questionably, and with a lot of controversy but of course he has a logical explanation. His PG zone deal he was bumpimg twice a day asking the next guy if he had a play yet and then boom, a completely different attitude about it almost overnight...and now some elaborate scheme to pretend he's a stiff that gets another poster lambasted? But of course he has a "logical" explanation.
