Ego - They're racists - they hate Condi because she's black! Why else would so many of them be writing such terrible things about her and putting up with petre's KKK type of graffiti.
I just can't understand why these people hate the administration so much - they attack Condi because of her perfidy in the 911 assault, yet they refuse to see any of the roll that the Clinton admionistration played in this. And they won't even go near the legislation that the Congress and Clinton passed that made it illegal for the FBI and CIA to share information. And they further crippled the CIA by making it illegal for the CIA to hire anyone that had a shady or criminal past to gather humint. This was Democrat legislation!
The Congress and both administrations are guilty of allowing 911 to happen. Right now is the time to correct past errors and to go on - blame and recriminations only hurt the effort to succeed in preventing further attacks in the US.
The Democrats might eventually figure out that the acrimony they continue to espouse loses them votes every day. Cooperation is the key right now - let the Republicans take the lead and institute their programs - failure will give the Democrats a bomb to throw at the Republicans, while they can share in any successes.
As for many of the posters on this forum who revile Condi with such racist inuendo, - well, the only explanation I can come up with is that many of these people who hate Condi are bigots.
