A lot of people are asking about baseball, but I really don't want to hype anything here.

Last year was a research season...it's taken me 3 years to get this all together. I'm still deciding the best way to combine everything. I've had many different systems leading to what I now have. Some of them have been very good...but very time consuming for me to play.

I can't really give you a record...it's been a work in progress mixing together everything I have learned. It's a mixture of many things.

I will have to prove myself.

I have it down to a system that I can repeat just like the NFL and NBA...and I plan on building a long record here the same way.

I'm ready to roll it out and I expect success over a long summer.

Looking forward to baseball with MJ. Does your sytem generate bets on sides? Are runlines involved?
I do not have a real good feel for baseball as been many years since I bet on them...will follow. You have proven to me in the short time watching your posts that you are sincere and honest trying to help us make some money...best of luck in all your endeavors. Would be happy to give you a night out with my limousine on the house...just let me know when..maybe a Brewers game would be good.

Sides and runlines will be involved.

I might just take you up on the limo thing...a Brewers game would be cool.

I can't automate them like the other sports.

Isn't that what computers do? And this is MJ's computer picks, right?

Automating is something that I'm pretty good at (ask ACE). Let me know if I can be of assistance.

Thanks for the comments...LOL.

1. 40 something...but I take care of myself...I'd like to think I have a good 30 years left... :drink:

2. Yes...I expect similar success...but I have to prove it. I don't want people to assume success just because of the other systems. It really doesn't work that way.

I suggest having a book that gives you Run Line odds....I don't think you will have to play Run Lines...but it will (should) increase your units won.

I'm looking at starting two weeks into the season...but we could also experiment with a trial system that starts right away using exhibition stats.

I don't have the trial system backtested...so that would be an experiment...but after a couple of weeks...we should be good to go well into September with the regular system.

Really? Did you look for certain matchup situations?

Sorry for not replying sooner.

Actually, it was rather simple. I just looked at the schedule each day and looked for the games that I thought would be high scoring. I started rather late in the year (August), so it wasn't a very big sample size. I looked for the games whose starters had high ERA's (close to 4's or higher for example) coupled with looking at the team's last 5 games to see which team had hot bats. If I saw a game with 2 pitchers with high ERA's and had some hot bats, I'd play the over. A lot were totals of 11's or 12'sn but for the most part they would fly over. It was really that simple and worked rather well.

I am guessing alot of your plays were on the Rangers Over @ home Iceman? I hope you will be posting your picks this year.

MJ will you start having picks from day one? Or will this system have to warm up first?
