Rare case as in there hasn't been a case where there is so much corruption, yes. But the sad fact is this happens every single day.

Once you get to episode 4 or 5 you will see something like it happened to his older brother lmfao. Yeah very rare bahahhahahahhahahahha.

Only thing rare about it is this story proves that there are so many flaws in the justice system. Annd its rare because the atory throughout is fucking insane.

And it could and does happen to every race....

So what does this have to do with NFL players kneeling and this is justification for that?

We are talking about the problems in the black community, where the blame NEEDS to be placed.

You cant point the blame at the outcome, but at the start of a problem.

He, his parents, his peers, and his own community started this snowball effect... thats where the blame needs to be cast.

And yes, I do agree him being held for so long and the trial being pushed back for almost three years shows a problem with THE SYSTEM (that same system affects everyone of any race), that doesnt give the community a free pass.

And the reason I stopped watching was because they started with the biased statistics, while not pointing out the other meaningful statistics that had more to do with the story.

We are talking about WHY players are kneeling. Why Kaeperknick brought this to the forefront.

The start of the problem is that they are born into the system. I might kill myself if I was black and lived in poverty. That's why so many do reckless shit....because there's nothing to lose. But the problem is once you make that one mistake as a kid, you are labeled for the rest of your life. And even if you are perfect from then on out and never make a mistake again.....you still can go to prison and get fucked over because nobody can bail you out. Prison is a school for suicide in this country.

Then they tell you.....if you plea guilty we will let you go home. No trial. Most people after spending months waiting flr that trial are going to take the plea deal. 99 out of 100. And then they have a record with probably a felony for something they didn't even do. Lol they don't do police work for a stolen backpack dude. Lmfaooooo

Has everything to do with it. Last episode realy wraps that up. They don't mention anything aboit athletes and kneeling. But this is the perfect story for those who don't know why they are kneeling.

Happens to all races? Considering a Mexican wrongfully accused him. And did you see Asians in there? Any white people? Lol yeah you have been wrong in every point you have made that I have read.

What would you like to see changed? Specifically.

Vague answers like "the system" will not be accepted.

Explain in detail the problem, and outline specifically some concrete steps to fix it.

Crying about perceived "problems" with no recommended solutions is weak.

If you ruled the world, what are you changing?

Dear God I hope he gets signed. That would officially sink the NFL on a massive scale.

No doubt.

If a team signed this guy.....Every seat would be empty.

It's like Charles Manson being paroled @)

I could come up with something. But that's neither here or there. I don't rule the world and I am not in a position of power to make changes.

The point of bringing this documentary up was to address ALL of the people who asked...."why are they protesting?"

It isn't about fixing the world. That's not what I am talking about. That's a different discussion. This is more about awareness. Being understanding. You guys all were clearly lost in why they were protesting. I know HarryCaray asked it. I am sure NFLTrendz asked it. I know about 25 other people asked it. It was a commonly asked question not just here, but everywhere. This will answer those questions for you. But my guess is most want to try to discredit it before they can even finish the first episode. When really this documentary is very well done. 100% on rotten tomatoes.

Actually it is 100% relevant. People, like me, have a hard time grasping what exactly the goal is here. You seem strongly invested in getting people to "understand".

So why can't you answer the simple question so we can get on the same page and move the discussion forward from there?

2 things happened to the black community that just about buried them - these are inner city blacks I'm talking about - middle class blacks are set for life - first, inner city blacks got crack - crushed them and set them back decades - but far worse than crack was rap music - this shit became their bibles - every line is about fucking a bitch and leaving her or about gunning down another ****** - and this became their lifestyle - it's how they live - sell drugs, rob, steal, go to jail and get murdered - marriage rates for blacks is about 10% - my tenants kids all have different last names - there is no family - there is no father - this is a system they adapted and embraced - white people did not make this system for them

The Khalif Browder story. If you are confused about why Kaeperknick brought black Injustice to the forefront. And wht people are kneeling. If you ask that question of why then this story will give you everything you need to know about injustice against minorities, particularly young black males. Documentary paints the picture of why people are kneeling without even touching on any of that. It's self explanatory. There's nothing anyone can say without seeing it for yourself.

This countries criminal justice system is completely flawed. They lock up innocent people DAILY. Especially in the city and ghetto.

What you continue to fail to understand is injustice also happens to white people, Mexicans, Russians etc. and it's not a widespread issue. It's not an epidemic and all the statistics bear that out.

You always cite one particular case as if that's the baseline for injustice in America and it's just not.

I'm not saying it's the white mans fault. It is the SYSTEMS fault. A lot of black people take a part(which you will see) which will shit all over your point of "against the white man." A lot of black people play a part in the system.

And it begs the question...... is there really something broken in the system? Or is the system doing exactly what it is intended to do?

In other words.....modern day slavery. If you can't see the connection you are dumb as shit, I'm sorry.

When a kid steals a truck, it's the system's fault? Get outta here with that talk. That's why you get crushed at the RX on a daily basis. Saying stupid shit like that on a daily basis.

No man. This case just has everything in it. It is the worst of the worst. But, these type of things happen every single day..... there are plenty of black people in prison right now that did not do the crime they are being charged of. They are pretty much forced to plea guilty.

This is not just one case. This happens every single day dude. Every single day. And nobody will ever know if they were really innocent or not because they took the plea to go the fuck home and ate the charge.

In the city, there are mistaken arrests made DAILY. Shoddy police work and predetermined judgements on people of color leads to that. Then the snowball effect starts. Corrupt Co's, cold blooded judges.... allowing the inmates to actually run the show.

Lol. Like I already mentioned in a post you didn't quote. The kid was 15 years old. You didn't do anything dumb when you were 15?

He was a juvenile.

What's fucked up is JUST a year later he is being charged with a crime he didn't commit. All because of one stupid mistake as a kid.

So even if you make only one mistake as a kid....and then are perfect from then on out.....no trouble with police......you can still get locked up and sent to prison for something you didn't even do....if you are black and have been in trouble before.

I made plenty of mistakes when I was 15. Plenty of fights. Court dates and shit. We're human. We make mistakes.

Him stealing a bakery truck isn't the systems fault I never said that lol. It might be a reason WHY he did it. But it isn't the systems fault. You have to use better judgement, but then again he is a 15 year old kid at that time.

Damn you are lost in this discussion.

It's not about one case. This case is the worst of the worst. So obviously there are going to be cases that are beneath it, but similar. And the reason we don't hear about those is because most of them plea guilty to go the fuck home and refuse trial because the Judge tells them they are at risk for 15-20 years if they lose in trial... So they take the 2-3.5 and call it a day. These aren't rich people who can fight their innocence in trial. This is why they pick on minorities. It's common sense and brilliant. And in return we get free labor for those 2-3.5 years. Modern day slavery.

Don't get me wrong, most are guilty in jail. Most commonly with drugs. But, this type of shit happens every single day where there is a guilty plea from an innocent man.
