I believe it's only in the last five minutes turnovers are automatically reviewed. Not one hundred percent sure though.

Sal may be correct. Might be last 2 minutes of first half and last 5 minutes of game or it's just last 2 minutes of game. I don't recall 100% but I know for a fact tournovers can be challenged by coaches except for those times

Im the first one to say conspiracy theories. But this was not.

Look at the people involved.

Woman ref + tripplet. With those two involved you know it was clearly just a mistake and not rigged

I had the Browns and this play clearly impacted the spread.

Having said that, I watched it on Redzone and I did not see that. I clearly thought the Skins player jumped on the ball.

Then, I saw the video today......I think the refs saw what I saw and no one noticed Duke Johnson holding the ball!

I just think this was total incompetence on the refs part.......if they were gonna "control" this game, they wouldve made sure Cleve covered, not the Skins.......Just poor officiating here IMO.

This crew should be suspended by the NFL, but the NFL never suspends its own.

The NFL explanation on this was didn't make a damn bit of sense, much like when Scott Green ran off the field in Heinz Field in 2009 on the Polamalu TD and the NFL had to explain that also. Epic Fail.

You can NOT challenge any scoring play or turnover, ALL scoring plays and turnovers are automatically subjected to review. If the Browns challenged here it would have been a 15 yard penalty for unsportsmanlike conduct and the automatic review is taken away.

The offense can challenge if their player scored but was ruled short, out of bounds, etc....as long as the official ruling isn't a TD

The defense can challenge if a player not being down before fumbling is ruled down or legally picked off a pass, as long as the official ruling has the offense maintaining possession
