Gentlemen,

A few minutes ago one of the players I represent has forwarded me a mail he had just received from Ms Rose. This mail is sent by via an hotmail addy.

Information contained in that mail proves that this is Ms Rose ( sorry Peep, you lose ).

Content is very interesting. It seems that the Gaming Commission is trying to raise a new smoke screen. Very interesting indeed.

I am more and more confident wisdom will prevail.

Furthermore, to help Ms Rose in assessing correct public statements, here is what law 65 says about players representation :

<BLOCKQUOTE class="ip-ubbcode-quote"><font size="-1">quote:</font><HR> Article 53. Privacy of Information.

The Administrator/Operator shall not disclose to any natural or juridical person information he has from the registration and opening of the account of the gambler or any other information related with transactions or statement of account.

Provided the provisions of the foregoing paragraph, said information shall be disclosed when required by the law or by written consent of the gambler.

<HR></BLOCKQUOTE>

25 accounts holders have indeed notified Ms Rose their order to disclose information to their proxy holder, specifically asking the Commission to abide to their request.

This is what the law says.....btw, have not read anywhere about the Attorney rule...maybe an oversight.

Sorry it didn't make OGD Wil.

Really, it does point out the problems moderators have in establishing who is who. The only advice I can give is "never assume". E-mail addys are a good clue as to who is who from my experience.

In the moderating game you need all the tools you can get.
