I lean to UNDER 23.5 with Cincy's team total.

Palmer was their main man. Now they have a sub coming in at last minute. Mentally, I don't think he'll be that ready.

Fitzpatrick was throwing 300 yard games his rookie freaking year with the Rams.

He was one of the only players to ever have a perfect score on the wonderlic test, and despite his unimpressive physique, he can move around.

The Browns and Bengals both have shit defenses led by overrated head coaches.

Browns have a fantastic OC, the Bengals will put up their points at home.

Most NFL qb's get in the 30's, but Fitz is easily the smartest QB in the league ( book smarts). It shows he is quick witted, intelligent, and can learn.

Look at how some of the least intelligent passers fared.

Not only was mike vick dumb as shit, he was lazy.

Ryan Fitzpatrick is probably the fastest processer of information in the NFL. His Harvard buddy Matt Birk on the vikings ( a probowler by the way) is up there too.

Fitz scored a 49 on the test, and retook it and got a perfect score.

Some draft classes the highest score is only 42.

Then you have guys dumb shit defensive backs scoring in the single digits. The QB turned receiver for the bengals who is now out of the league had a piss poor score as well. He was the guy saying that the Peyton Mannings and tom brady's of the league are dinosaurs, and that mobile quarterbacks like Vick and himself would take over.
