Well, thanks for your 2nd post to this forum, you are being very helpful. However, the truth is that Smokeywins has been winning ever since he's been posting here. Guys have made money from his posts. That's the bottom line. I'm not anyone's defender, and I know nothing whatsoever about Chuck Luck. Just stating the facts regarding his posts, as I pay attention to what goes on here, and know who's winning and who's not.

I dont understand this scam alert business at all. Smokey has posted a ton of great picks. his football picks were amazingly solid. I have seen him go on some bad streaks with cbb but that is all.

I think wilheim makes a nice point about not bashing other posters. Those who haven't read it, it's the sticky on top. I just can't see any reason whatsoever why anyone would ever want to bash another poster. What's the point? Besides, seems to me that the ones who mostly get bashed are those who most regularly win and those who get the most views.

I really wish Ken W. would confirm my statement that Chuck McDowell scammed him in the past by promising to pay him for "The Shrink's" service plays by sending him a check that bounced (on at least one occasion).
While I have a specific problem with a scammer like Chuck McDowell, I also question why more isn't expected from people that post here as far as accountability is concerned. Everyone should be required to post their daily and YTD records/units and to post their selections using widely available line. And posters should be able to support any claims they make regarding past performance, especially ridiculous claims such as hitting 70% for a season.
