Its easy say this after a week of the season but you are mostly correct. The pirates and nationals (expos) have been losers for a long time and although its trendy to say "this is the year," its either bet against them or pass. If they do win 2 or 3 in a row, sure, pick a spot in the season and jump on if you think they are ready to go on a run. Otherwise, imho i believe that betting on these bad teams in baseball is like shooting darts, hoping you hit a bulls eye once in a while. Having said all this, i believe that Chop should take a 2 or 3 day hiatus, analyze what may have gone wrong, and come back with a clear head. Picking winners is mostly about being in good rythym, and we ALL lose it from time to time. Im positive he will come back strong.HawkN-Flight said:The Nationals and the Pirates need to be faded. This is why. Out of about an average of about 5000 views a day, I know that only about 1000 of them at the very most understand the mentality of sportsbetting. Im being very liberal with those numbers. Its probably closer to only about 500. I do this for the 500 people that get "it". Not for the 4500 that dont.
I will have my 9th straight season of winning bases! No doubt in my mind. Regardless if the Yankees hold on or not. And I know there are about 500 people that will benifit, while the other 95% will countinue to lose year after year after year after year.
Good luck.
