Chicken Parm with Red or White Sauce?

Yea, the red sauce looks skimpy for sure. And I never like my sauce premixed with the pasta. But that guy can cook. Have you seen some of the other stuff he's posted?

The breading looks right, thick wet breading kills the deal with a parm...I haven't seen his food photos till today....
Cooking in a restaurant isn't easy work...I hand it to him.

LOL. I live in the Northeast and if you think either of those would pass as chicken parm in any reputable restaurant around here then you have never had chicken parm.

This TV dinner looks more appetizing.

I'd rather have my chicken or veal parm on a freshly baked Italian bun loaded with sauteed onions, sweet and hot peppers, extra sauce and cheese, instead of pasta.

Too much sauce makes it wet and soggy, that's the rub... I love lots of sauce. lol
