What irony? He's asking about taking the proper precautions commensurate with the actual danger.
You're reaching for some kind of comparison but I just don't see it.
What exactly are you saying? Spell it out.

If this guy was asking. Thinking of going to Florida but i am scared of the spikes in the cornavirus over there....do i need to continue?

That's the irony. How easily people are manipulated by "their" media.

if he’s healthy, why would he worry about Coronavirus? No different than the flu unless you have preexisting conditions.

Anyone can get lead poisoning on the other hand.

Everything along lake shore drive is safe. I wouldn’t venture far away south or west from Guaranteed Rate Park, it’s right off of I-94(Dan Ryan Expressway). Wrigleyville is safe. You could also stay around OHare (Bet Rivers casino nearby) and Uber it to Wrigley and Guarantee Rate.

Don't think you can get in Wrigley, but .....

"LAKEVIEW — Although the Chicago Cubs will likely play to empty stadiums this season due to the coronavirus pandemic, fans can still cheer them on from the rooftop clubs that overlook Wrigley Field."

Don’t be so sure. The race baiting dyke mayor of Chicago is threatening to take more of our constitutional freedoms away for “bad behavior.”

The idea of straight white men enjoying a baseball game probably upsets the goblin **** to no ends. She might not let it happen.

unlike crudebar I've been there 12+ times including 2x last year and city has noticeably plunged since I've been going (>2005)...used to go after Tgiving every year for the RSNA. It's perfectly safe AS LONG as you stay in tourist areas either near convention center, miracle mile, or just north of the river.

Not one of my favorite cities because it really is a shit hole but unless you're getting off the highway b/w downtown and Midway Airport to get gas you'll be fine. If walking from inner downtown to the lake try to stay on the upper roads and not in the lower catacombs which is infested with street people

Take in a Cubs game, do an Architectural Boat Tour, walk the Miracle Mile shopping area, swing by Navy Pier, eat a deep dish and then you're pretty much set. There's nothing by Soldier Field at all but easy enough to drive by it on way to hotel. If you're driving own car the overnight parking rate will be brutal.

I'd go sooner than later as the place is going to shit

Say hi to Jussie for me
