Joch reminds me of Kevin Bron when he was in the AL...Great stuff but still gets lit up....Brown was still in the AL what good would he be? I know its an odd comparison but, Koch has sick stuff, but still gets toasted...

j-man, koch stinks for two reasons:

1) his fastball has no movement. i don't care if he can throw 97 mph, a major league hitter will crush a straight fastball

2) he is stupid. i have seen him make stupid pitches time and time again. giving up 0-2 extra basehits because he doesn't waste a pitch. grooving a get-me-over fastball on 3-0 with two outs and first base open in a tie ballgame...giving up a homerun. he is just a dumb guy.

manuel is stupid too and reinsdorf is a cheap sob so, my guess is they will run him out there again in september because "he's making so much money". hope i'm wrong.
