I want people to understand something. I will describe a VERY typical scenario that I see in Chicago watching bond hearings.
On Friday, a 20 year old black kid is arrested with an illegal firearm. He is put in front of a judge on Saturday, and the judge gives him a I-Bond... an I-bond means that he doesn't actually have to post any money down, he's free to go.
On Saturday, he's arrested for looting a store. His public defender tells the judge he has asthma and asks for another I-bond. The liberal judge grants another I-bond.
On Sunday, he kills 2 people.
The fact we live in a society where this happens proves that this country's reign is over. The beta cucks on the left won. America is no longer great.

Chicago mayor says she won’t let Trump send feds after drive-by shooting
Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot declared she wouldn’t allow President Trump to “terrorize” the city by deploying federal troops to crackdown on violence, even as at least 15 people were wounded in a drive-by shooting outside a funeral home in the Windy City.
“Under no circumstances will I allow Donald Trump’s troops to come to Chicago and terrorize our residents,” Lightfoot posted on Twitter Tuesday evening.
Around the same time, people inside a vehicle opened fire on attendees of a funeral on the city’s South Side, wounding 15 people, the Chicago Tribune reported.
The victims ranged in age from 21 to 65 years of age.
The vehicle crashed a few blocks away but the occupants fled, although police said they had nabbed a “person of interest.”
A couple of hours later, Lightfoot condemned the gunplay and asked people to come forward if they had info about the shooters.
“Too many guns are on our streets and in the hands of people who should never possess them,” Lightfoot wrote in another tweet. “These individuals will be held accountable. I ask that anyone with information on this incident please come forward or submit a tip anonymously at cpdtip.com.”
Trump dispatched federal officials to Portland to crackdown on protests there that damaged federal buildings and set ablaze a police union building.
He has also threatened to deploy more federal agents to Democrat-run cities – including Chicago and New York – unless local officials put an end to the violent protests.
Lightfoot, who said she would sue to stop Trump from sending the forces, later backed off slightly and suggested the president bolster existing federal agencies like the FBI, Drug Enforcement Administration and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
Lightfoot said she sent a letter to Trump seeking collaboration on quashing the violence.
“There are some things the federal government is uniquely qualified to handle. We would welcome that,” she said in an interview Tuesday with MSNBC’s Joy Reid.
“What we do not welcome, and what we will not tolerate, and we will fight against is the deployment of unnamed federal special secret agents onto our streets to detain people without cause and effectively take away their civil rights and their civil liberties without due process.”

For what it's worth, there is a greater disparity in the well being of white Canadians vs aboriginals than there is in America with white Americans vs black Americans. A mass shooting happened outside a Chicago funeral home on Tuesday night, but viewers who rely on CNN and MSNBC were unaware of the breaking news as the liberal networks declined to cover the story as it unfolded.
The gunfire -- extending a summer of violence in the nation's third-largest city -- left at least 15 people wounded and drew new criticism of the city's leaders, who have pushed back against President Trump's call for federal intervention into big-city lawlessness.
A search of transcripts revealed that CNN and MSNBC did not mention the mass shooting in Chicago through midnight ET.
By comparison, Fox News informed viewers of the news during an interview with White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany on “Hannity” at roughly 9:15 p.m. ET. “Hannity” then conducted a panel discussion about the tragic shooting as the news unfolded.
Fox News then cut short Hannity’s interview with Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, to air a news conference about the shooting at 9:30 p.m. ET, which CNN and MSNBC ignored.
CNN and MSNBC did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
An SUV was traveling on 79th Street around 6:30 p.m. local time when people inside the vehicle opened fire on mourners outside the funeral home, Chicago police First Deputy Supt. Eric Carter told reporters during the briefing.
Some of the mourners then fired back at the vehicle, which sped off before crashing a short distance away. The people inside the vehicle ran off in multiple directions, Carter said.
While Chicago police updated Fox News viewers about the mass shooting, CNN’s “Cuomo Prime Time” namesake Chris Cuomo was busy condemning the Department of Homeland Security’s decision to send federal officers to Portland.
Over on MSNBC, “The Rachel Maddow Show” ignored the breaking news to criticize President Trump’s response to the coronavirus pandemic.
