I don't know Dave other than talking to him on the phone and through e-mails. For all I know he could be full of it, may be he's telling the truth, Idon't know for sure. I will give it some time and see what happens, he is willing to keep his plays out there to be monitored and I will do it for the time being. As I said I'll reserve judgement until I have more information.

I NEVER...repeat NEVER had a phone line that I 'threatened' to change if people did not send me $$$...even to the bashers...this does not even make any sense...I have posted messages that those who were COMING due soon needed to call in so as not to have THEIR # turned off to get into the system...duh...hello..all the other guys just give their plays for free I suppose.

After the 7-13 run, I don't hear from the guy until the last few weeks of the season....did I mention, last few weeks....
In the paper, I advertised a "$ Back Guarantee" if you didn't show a profit for the SEASON.
this 'guy' calls up wanting his $ back....I said 'man...where you been since week 3......we only had a handful of losing weeks the rest of the season...hello?

Finally his 'lawyer' calls...says "we'll be happy if you just settle out of court"....I bet you would pal!
I tell this 'lawyer' to come on down to the beach & we'll go to court instead, because I have copies from my service where this 'guy' never called in all summer long....his code was not used for over 4 months of the season....so come on down from Maryland...but bring lots of cash 'cause you're not getting any from me.
