Do we know the Bear offensive line is going to be solid? They're scheduled to have 3 new starters. Can you just plug in 3 guys and expect them to gel?

Forte is a nice back, but he really fell off at the end of last year probably because of fatigue. If they have a better line and a better offense , it should help his production. Those are big if's. This team is full of if's.

The one thing that holds true in the NFL year after year is, if you have a better QB running the team, you will win more games. It's the most competetive league in all of sports, the games come down to TO's and field goals a large % of the time, and your QB will be the most important position on the team. This is why the Bears get better in '09. There are always going to be questions no matter what but when you upgrade the most important position, it will show. Maybe Cutler isn't an all pro but I guarantee he's better than any QB the Bears have had in the last 10+ years.

People were bitching the Bears had no O-Line, now they have a solid line... Those 3 new guys won't make any mental mistakes, and neither will their new young QB in making their calls.

The NFL is all one giant game of John Madden right... We upgraded our 76 Overall QB with an 86 Overall QB, and upgraded our lineman so we are an explosive team new. There is no human element, chemistry or anything else... It's all statistical on paper.

If Championships were won on Paper, then Tony Fungy would have a ring full of fingers, but in reality, he's so damn worried about other shit and not taking chances, that if it weren't for the greatest QB ever fighting it out in rain on grass... he wouldn't have any.

I highly highly highly doubt Cutler throws for 4500 yards next year, I'd lay -300 that he doesn't. I highly doubt Cutler throws for 4000 yards next year...

3500 seems like a more realistic O/U but people have so much damn precum for Cutler they'd never set a "fair line", they'd inflate it to 3600 or 3700 yards because no matter what they set it at, people will still bet the over.
