pirates blew a perfect opportunity to get to the pitcher. lilly shouldnt have pitched more than 5 innings but he looks like hes on his way to the 7th. they gave him too many first pitch outs. just not being patient enough. i would rather have seen the bullpen come in the 5th and 6th then give up a run or two near the end. hopefully these cubs will show why they are strong at wrigley and get some more runs up.
