Downside to all of this is due to the nature of the ER admission, in all likelihood blood was drawn. Somebody may want that blood, if ya know what I mean.

Police officer who was sent to Chandlers house after Chandler showed up to the police station reported back to the station that he had been involved with a class D substance. Weei's Dennis and Callahan show tweeted that he was at Gronk's house, but then deleted the tweet. Not sure where Gronk's house enters this story but we'll find out eventually. Kind of weird that Belichick showed up to his press conference yesterday with a black eye.....strange coincidence??

While firefighters tended to Jones, an officer was sent to his home, which is just blocks away, according to the Herald. An officer can be heard telling a dispatcher, “I got his keys off the kitchen table, I was able to lock the front door. If you want to just pass along to the fire, he was definitely involved with class D delta before this happened, just so they know.”

That's got to be a MA classification, Feds are Class I through V, I being such things as coke, heroin, pot, LSD, X, etc, V being your lightweight prescriptions. (Disclosure: among many things, I served in pharmaceutical sales for Dupont in the mid-eighties). I'll check it out, but again, chances are they got a blood sample making metabolism a non-issue.

It is MA Classification....We go by A-E here.

Some more rumors this morning are Pot or Synthetic Pot.....either way don't believe he can be suspended for the game if it's just pot.
He will have to enter the league's substance abuse program, but not a suspension for first time offenders.

Can't believe he would act like that after some pot.....but who knows crazy things like that have happened before.

I've seen guys on the synthetic shit, e.g. K2, and yeah, they can get weird/violent so maybe that was it. Good Kush, nah, everybody be happy, LOL. Didn't realize you couldn't catch 4 games for first time, never paid attention to the NFL rules, no need to.

Hmmmm.... bet media won't be talking about deflategate this week! Timing of this is kind of questionable if you ask me.
Ya, they did have the weekend off to get into trouble, but could this be a distraction for the media? And not so much for the Patriots?

My outlandish theory is the BB got in Gronks face that he let this happen at his house and Gronk gave him the black eye.

I am still not sure if he can even be put in the program if their is no arrest and no proof. The audio says class D but that is mostly marijuana in MASS (and some pills) but not illegal substances. Marijuana is medically legal. I doubt Jones' had a script, and the NFL will still suspend a player, I think, for failing a test, but right now we can't be sure what drug he used or possessed. So how can they NFL? ANd the Player's Union has a good record in court on these issues.

But, this may hurt Jones' value in free agency which is in the 2017 off-season (assuming the Pat's keep his 5th year option). His reputation will take a hit even if he never gets formally "caught." If Jones gets traded for a 4th round pick or something in the off-season that would reflect this. OR if, when he hits free agency he only, probably in 2017, it may well hurt his value. The Pat's will likely not franchise him because Hightower is also a free agent at that time, maybe Solder too. Plus, those cap numbers hurt on franchise tag. So, my point is, any team negotiating a contract with Jones will have leverage for less guaranteed money, more ways for the team to opt out, and if the Pat's trade him, they won't get much since he will make a lot on a 5th year option and this will sully his reputation.

Anyone who smokes or even tries Synthetic marijuana is a loser. Don't care how much money you have or that you play in the nfl. If you choose to smoke that you are a loser. Period.

I'm kind of upset that it is even called "marijuana" when they are totally different.
