Heating up here. Hitting 90*

One other thing if you are interested:

Today was actually a little bit disappointing because while temp. was confortable in mid to high 80's, some of the crap I mentioned previously

that was in the air was present, and caused my eyes to water as well as sneezing ,running nose, etc.

In fact the arthritis in my back acted up also.

I didn't feel like jogging, so instead I took about a 20-25 minute unsatisfying walk, came home and took a short nap.

You have kidded me before about getting older and what happens because of it before, but the truth is it can and does

happen to just about everyone including me, and changes in intensity day by day just like the weather in New England.

As they say, "asi es la vida."

One other thing for now.

Imo in order to try to save face(yeah right lol), on July 4 or even before than, sbd is going to post that Trump aided by the military

has indeed "officially" taken control of the country, but that it was done in secrecy so as not to create any kind of panic with the public,

meaning that it will not be announced until the public is psychologically and emotionally equipped to handle this turn of events.

Translation-the goal posts are going to be uprooted and moved once again once again breaking sbd's own Guinness Book of

World Records in this category!! lol

I’ve never had any reactions until this year

was in West Georgia playing in a charity golf event this past Friday and the last few holes my eyes were watering , burning and nose runny

Just crazy

Sunday though was at the lake house getting things ready for this weekend and had no issues at all though

I like it hot , seems to help the arthritis some

not sure if you have access to a pool but running in a pool or swimming are good for days just do not feel like running

I don't have a pool and being in one and/or swimming have never been my thing anyways.

Unfortunately and in retrospect I spend a bit too much time basking in the sun with sun tan lotion but still not a good idea if one overstays

their welcome.

Back to the subject-here in western Mass. today temp. is a bit cooler-66 degrees as I write this, and my eyes are a bit better.

And yes I agree with you about the heat-I will take 90 to even high 90's in sweltering heat to any kind of cold weather, which for

me starts in high fifties.

I saw a piece last night on the news that stated that part of the reason for the bad allergy season has to do with climate change.

I don't know enough about it to comment, and as I know you know, it is a hot political issue-better just to simply not talk about it.

I hope for the sake of both of us and everyone else who suffers from allergies that sustained relief comes soon!

No doubt!

ot-Can you believe that when I went over to local supermarket around 2:00 Pm, the temperature was 46 degrees, almost unheard of so late in May.

where I live as max temp. for the day!

A few days ago it was almost 90 degrees!

I was worried that when I out wearing my winter coat, that other shoppers people in the store would laugh at me.

Not so as lots decided that the date had nothing to do with how one dresses and to dress appropriately for the occasion.

The real good news is that I don't have any allergies at all today, which is probably at least in some way related to the unusual cold

and rainy weather.

Wow-hope you recover fully and soon!

Several days ago on one of local tv stations they warned everyone about ticks and why it might be worse than usual this year.
