Surprised that Oregon only moves up to No. 15 in the final rankings. Yes, I know the Ducks' season finale against Oregon State was far from impressive, but their full resume -- all things considered -- is more impressive to me than some teams that ended up in front of the Ducks.

(8) Notre Dame and (7) Ohio State will face off in the BattleFrog Fiesta Bowl. The game, which will be played at University of Phoenix Stadium, will take place at 1 p.m. ET on ESPN on Jan. 1.

[/h](18) Houston and (9) Florida State will face off in the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl. The game, which will be played in the Georgia Dome, will take place at noon ET on ESPN on Dec. 31.

Florida State finishes No. 9 and is heading to the Chick Fil-A Peach Bowl to play No. 18 Houston in what is a rebuilding year in Tallahassee. Jimbo Fisher is going to use this season as a point of emphasis in recruiting -- that FSU won 10 games when it was supposed to be down. The Seminoles return a lot in 2016, including the entire offense.
