that was a huge reversal for me...about 3 K...i had sask -3 in a couple of 3 teamers and 4 teamers and everything else hit...not to mention the 8 units I lost on the game and the halftime play.

SASK may have gotten a 10 yard FG or less distance, but elected to make a "statement"..........and go for the TD (which was stopped with no gain and turned over on downs)........score at the time of this incident Sask 23-14. Let the loss go. I'm down on the CFL year (week 2 Ending) ,but have felt confident with my plays. It's a fine line between winning and losing. Staying positive is key.

......adding I could not make sense of that "statement" Call. Had to throw that in. That call was the difference between cashing.....off to bed and the beach in the morning.

I guess they figured that if they didn't make it, HAM still had to go 109 yards and a TD and a 2 would STILL not have beaten them. Had SAS been up 8 instead of 9, they would have kicked. Either way I would have lost, as I stupidly laid 4.5 when the lines came out. I KNEW I would be punished for that, and I was, but it could have been worse for me. It could have landed 4 and I would have lost for having bet too early.

Kicking that FG/made it score 26-14......Ham needs to 2 TD to win rather then a TD + FG.......Does that make sense?

I guess they wanted to seal it being up 3 scores "statement"......Oh wait was I not the one who said "let the loss go" Goodnight Guys!

I don't think it was a questionable call. Good chance you run it in (which emphatically seals it), if not you're still up by 2 scores with just a min+ to go and Hamilton with over 100 yards to drive.

Just a very difficult outcome for Sask bettors.
