IS,

Props fall in between the 2x-3x range. Max wager at Olympis is 200us (to win) so they really take it out of my hands. I use canadian dollars so I either put two hundred or max it out.

A lot of people have accounts at Oly. In the future, can we get a unit size with the props?

My unit size is probably smaller. That is the only reason I asked.

I will just put 2 units on all the props.

okay still -2x for the young season. Attempting to make a nice splash into the plus category tonight.

Squarish play here but the more I think about it, the more I like it.

I cannot see why Saskatchewan won't win this game comfortably. There is a bigger difference in quality then most people believe. IMO Hamilton is in that weak category with Ottawa and Winnipeg. They lost two of their key players on the d-line which was their main strength last year. Their ability to create relentless pressure on QB's made their secondary look better than it really was. Montreal carved them up last week (granted Montreal has a great passing O) but more shockingly they allowed Montreal to run over them as well. This is a very bad sign. Saskatchewan has a great offensive line (best in league?) which contributes to the best running attack in the league. Saskatchewan has two great backs (Holmes, Keith) and also utilizes their mobile QB to keep the sticks moving. They also throw a bone to FB Szarka in short yardage. With M. Dominguez now integrated into the offense (NFL hopeful who re-joined the Roughriders late last season) they also have a good crop of recievers. Main problem is Greene's arm throwing to the them. He doesn't have the greatest accuracy although put up impressive numbers last week.

As long as Hamilton has D. McManus as QB they are always a team to bet against. He has no mobility so defenses don't have to appoint a "spy". As I keep mentioning he loves to throw INT's. What's strange is that he is pretty accurate with his quick release but at times it appear's he tries to force the ball to the reciever when there's nothing there. He is clearly over the hill and they need to find other answers at this position. Saskatchewan is very solid defensively. They added key players to an already top defense which looked almost as impressive as Edmonton's last week. It was stunning they allowed less then 15 yards rushing against a premier RB. Hamilton's motor to their offense is its running attack. They do have a very good offensive line which led RB Davis to a rushing title last year. However if Saskatchewan can contain (which I trust they can) this offense will stutter all night long.

Saskatchewan also has the edge in special teams, especially the kicking game. Hamilton's Boreham is unpredictable while Saskatchewan has one of the better kickers in McCallum.

After their successful campaign last year (coming off a disastrous 1-17) I believe Hamilton is overated and they will take a step back.

Everything looks perfect except Saskatchewan's road woe's. They are a dominant home team but seem to struggle when they travel. However Hamilton is so poor imo (were only 4-4 @ home themselves last year) it won't be enough.

Saskatchewan -3, +100 x3

Apparently Kenton Keith will not play tonight. I read that somewhere on one of these boards, and OLY did have a Keith prop up earlier today which has now been taken down. Looks like Dominick Dorsey (UNLV) will take his place.

Dominek Dorsey? Who the f is that? Jeez, bit of a letdown. Keith is perhaps the best back in the league. Holmes is solid enough, he and this Dorsey joker should still be enough to run over the Hamilton D...I hope.

I'm getting a bit lazy, need to do my homework better.

Next time keep it to yourself and don't make me look silly!

I couldn't find it either, except on another board. I was living in Vegas while Dorsey played there. He was pretty good, but he was on an average team in an average conference. If he plays tonight, that will be two smallish scatbacks in the SAS backfield.

terrible beat on so many levels.

-reliable kicker misses 3 short FG's costing 6 points
-Hamilton's first TD in the 4th quarter was poorly thown to a Sask defender who let it slip through his hands and into the Hamilton reciever behind him!
-Saskatchewan decides to go for it on 3rd and goal at the 2 and bobbles the handoff and is stuffed.
-Hamilton subsequently drives 108 yrds with the aid of two roughing the passer penalties and a pass int.
-because of the 9 pt lead (2 scores) it was clear Sask did not have the intensity on the last drive.

Not like I'm making any excuses or anything!

I think the commentator summed it up best when he stated the score flattered Hamilton.

So brings record now to 2-4, -5x

Putting in a Yankee-ish performance so far.

Patience...c u next week.

What a disaster. Definitely an all time bad beat for me.

I was told this type of garbage happens late a lot in CFL games. Is taking the first half of games a good idea?

I think that is just moreso a myth. People lose a couple tough ones and talk it up to death even though later on they have probably caught some lucky one's also.

Its just the clock stops after every play under 3 mins so a lot of action occurs. Its like the 3 mins is equivalent to 7-8 of regular time. Just part of the equation though. Its expected there will be scoring in the final 3 min.

Unless there is a strategic reason to bet a half I wouldn't bother. Its better to give the full time for your pick. Accounts for mini bad beats which could happen during the game and over an entire game its more likely they will even out.

Will get this money back...

Oh and fwiw that Dorsey guy is a nobody. Lacks real speed and doesn't appear to difficult to take down after first contact. Shifty a bit but overall very average. Keith and Dorsey are night and day.
