Are those defensive rankings calculated before or after they played Tulsa?

Tulsa is in them but it is capped at 40 "points-adjusted" score. So running up the "score" past there is pointless in my system.

UTEP gave up the cap vs 4 other teams: Buffalo, Texas, Southern Miss, Tulane.. Rice gave up the cap 3 other times.. and UAB gave it up 4 other times. These teams are getting routed by everybody, not just Tulsa.

It's also adjusted by strength of the opponent.. Giving up 40 points to Tulsa wouldn't hurt their rating nearly as much as giving up 40 points to Temple.
