A scorer that can create their own shot? This is the NBA lol. Bradley can do that from what I saw. And obviously isiah thomas can create his own shot, usually resulting in two fts.
Where would you play Fultz? Off the bench? Draft #1and bring him off the pine? He wouldn't be able to start with the roster they have. Bradley and thomas are both legit.

I like tatums game. But Josh jackson will go before imo. Way more potential. Tatum is nowhere near as athletic as the first three projected. Those guys all have nba athleticism.

I hear you but what would they do with I.T.? Letting go of I.T. would be worse than making a trade to move back....which they did. So I think they made the right move regardless of how good Fultz is. I just don't see where Fultz would play. What position? You can't move avery bradley to the 3. Lineup would be hella undersized.
I'm not sure why so many people think Fultz is going to be a megastar. He's a late bloomer and didn't lead his team to the most important thing in college basketball, WINNING

I just think those are impressive numbers for a freshman.
If he's legit, those stats should go up in the NBA.
He could be as good as Harden & Westbrook & better than I. Thomas.
I know all of that is speculation but i would have drafted him & if he is what everyone thinks he is, then they could easily trade Thomas for a big name or pick if they couldn't co-exist...
I like this trade by Danny. I am not a Fultz fan, think he has some dog in him.
Last thing the Celtics need is another guard. Personally I think Fultz will have a more difficult time in the NBA with only being 6'4" He will be guarded by bigger and faster players he faced in college.
I would not be surprised if Danny makes a move on Butler with the 3rd pick and players off the roster to the Bulls. Bulls offered Butler to 76'ers for 3rd pick and more. Now I can definitely see Danny trading the #3 and a couple of players off the roster to the Bulls.
Then they will sign Hayward as a free agent. Add Z and/or one of the other big guys stashed away.
I still think Danny is going to make a run at Anthony Davis at some point with all the assets he has. If any of the big guys looks anywhere decent I can see some of the #1 picks and players off the roster to New Orleans for Davis. That is a stretch I know as New Orleans is going no where and don't want to trade Davis but the Celtics can give them some very good picks and players that make them a younger better team moving forward within 3 years.

I think you're spot on. Good deal for both sides IMO. This gives Boston more assets to bring in established players to compete now and gives the 76ers a critical piece as they continue to build. Hayward and Butler will really add some punch to the lineup and Boston will still be set from a picks perspective.
