Considering that we are getting him for essentially no money and he will only likely play barring an injury, or with the Jays looking to get him swinging with LH SP. He has speed which we can use.. Pompey is playing in Buffalo now, but remains unknown if he will be coming up or not.. I think it might be still possible, but I don't see it happening.. We will see in the next week.

I see that Drew Storen is going to the Mariners for P Joaquin Bennoit.

Interesting trade, I think it got started when Bautista got injured (turf toe). Looks like we are trying to complement the outfielders we already have in case another injury happens on the horizon. I think he should complement the Jays line up well.
We need to add to our bullpen... Cecil is coming together which will help, but Chavez has to go.. this guy is brutal.

The move is to hedge next year when you have a very good chance at losing Bautista at a min., in the outfield.

Bigger question is how the heck can we back the Dickster today after this weekend's past 3 inning performance at -220? RL is -105.

Does 'ole Dickey rebound and throw a decent game? SD sucks but can be scrappy at times. Perdomo is a gas can O/U is 10.5 which looks tempting but SD bats can go as cold as a NE storm in December, so I wouldn't touch that either.

Tor TT o/v 5.5 -135 might be the play.

He is getting better and better at hitting those at bat.. his specialty has changed from knuckle baller to just hitting guys..
Couldn't believe my eyes this morning -210 for the Jays.. is Dicker worth -210... not like the Jays are putting up easy runs every game. Glad I stayed off this one.

Game #2 Baltimore at Toronto
This is going to be a tough game. Gallardo somewhat owns the Jays, 4-0 1.78 ERA, but he is struggling..1-2 6.94 ERA on the road. Rogers centre can be hostile... J.A. Happ is setting records but the O's are performing against LH's. Although, the O's may be performing against LH's I like Happ here in this contest as he is pitching great at home 9-1 3.22 ERA and is 3-3 3.76 vs the O's.

I see this game 5-2 for the home team.
