Yesterday, the N.Y. Yankees were wanting to play just as hard against the Boston Red Sox. Boston Red Sox hate the Yankees and even though the season is done for them they played hard. Division rivals my friend are your worst teams to be playing sometimes. Boston beat the Yanks pretty good. Yanks still have a chance.. they have to win today, Minnesota to lose one game and another outcome to realize...
Yes, the Blue Jays are going to be playing fierce today. I think with Marcus on the mound (who has done better than I expected) I think this game will be there's. Miguel Gonzalez comes in for Baltimore after having right shoulder tendinitis... Baltimore wont't push him as there season is done. He may be on a pitch count and they may take him out early. He did well against the Jays in May when the Jays were not doing what they are doing now. The Jays in May were not the best. So, take what you will from his good play against us in May.
I think its a good spot for the Jays. But, just like Boston Red sox, these are our division rivals so who knows what happens today.

I don't think it will be a slow start. Time off is always beneficial to the players. These guys play hard everyday and a little time off makes the difference. That is why I increased my bet from a 3 to a 4 unit play. They want to wrap up AL east and beat out the Royals for Rogers Center advantage.

I LOVE the Jays in this spot. Coming off a day of rest, chasing home field. They want to win the first game of this doubleheader, that's for damn sure. One of my biggest plays of the season.
